T'is very good but is not as gd as noughts and crosses. Mind you, Noughts And Crosses is very good and is very hard to beat. A bit scary and violent in parts, but overall is a very good book.

Malorie Blackman, Knife Edge - I think Malorie Blackman is 1 of the best writers in the world. She includes everything and makes you feel the feelings and all the sides of all the characters. It is a long book, but you could read it in one day because throughout it there is always something happening. This book is about a black mother to a mixed child. She has to go through so much and is always under pressure from someone.

I think Knife Edge by Malorie Blackman is excellent. A great follow on to possibly the greatest book ever in my eyes Noughts and Crosses. Blackman is a super writer and had me gripped throughout. I only just finished reading it yesterday and I found the end very sad but hope there will be a 3rd book to explain what happened and to answer unanswered questions. Why did Callum write that letter? We all know he didn't mean it but he probably thought it would help Sephy move on with her life but really it made things worse for her. I thought the book was not as good as the first one because I liked that so much and thought Callum was a great character and I could really relate to him. But still very good.

I think Knife Edge by Malorie Blackman is really good, I wouldn't say it's as good as Noughts and Crosses, because no book is as good as that but it comes very close. And it really makes you want to grab the next book to find out about the letter and Callie Rose. Also about Jude and what he's going to do. But what has Sephie done to Callie?? its really annoying and I want to know. UGHHH! lol!

Malorie Blackman, Knife Edge review; When I read Noughts and Crosses I couldn't believe how good it was - it made me think and live with the characters, laugh with them, even cry with them. I thought it was a one-off - that there wouldn't be another one, but I so wanted to know what happened next. I told my whole class about it and most of them loved it as much as I did. One day a girl came up and told me about An Eye For An Eye and I was so excited! I bought it straight away but the best bit for me was the little advert at the back that told me about Knife Edge, and the fact that Noughts and Crosses was part of a trilogy. I asked for months in various bookshops but I finally gave up, until the author Alan Gibbons gave a talk in our school and mentioned that it had finally come out. You can imagine how excited I was!I read it all in a day and once again I'm hooked. It's such an amazing book with a fantastic storyline - so many hidden meanings and psychological battles. I hate so many of the characters and they don't even exist! It's so sad reading about Sephy - you just want to help her yourself and tell her everything's gonna be OK but people keep on hating her when she's done what she thought was best. The racists make me sick. It's so much reflected on what this world is like. I don't believe what callum wrote is true but then who wrote it? Jude? Kamal Hadley? Maybe we'll find out in the next book :) I can't wait!!!!!!!! (it's so sad what happens at the end :( )
