    Good Points: Nice drive, versatile, dependable, easy on petrol even around town.


    Bad Points: A bit short of leg room in the back


    General comments: Had the Ford Focus LX for 3 years. Was originally my son's company car with 87,000 on the clock. He said "It drives like a dream". He was right - and at 111,000 miles it still does. Looking for another.

    Had my Ford Focus 1.6 LX for nearly 3 years - no major problems very economical, quite nippy and comfortable, back seats do fold down flat so it makes a very spacious little car. Parts are fairly reasonably priced and accessible
    Generally an all round decent car.

    Had the Ford Focus 1.6 LX Estate as a company car and did many journeys on the motorway. It is spacious, good all round vision. The seats supported my back and I never felt tired driving this car.

    The cabin is well layed out. The engine is just superb for urban driving and it soaks up the miles on a motorway.

    I found no faults with this car and my only disappointment is not having another one.

    I may not know all cars inside and out, or any for that matter, but I was fortunate enough to drive a Ford Focus X5 '02. It was a quick little car, and very durable. Im not pround to say, but I did take that thing "outbacking" haha and someone once hit the back bumper (which popped right back out without any marks!) SO I have to say that this is a good car because it ran well and fast... even has a 6 CD player. I was very content with this car :)
