Good Points: The books are hysterically funny, and the plots and ideas are phenomenal and unexpected.
Bad Points: Bad points? I must have missed those the seventy times I've read the series.
General comments: I laughed at or along with Bartimaeus, and glided through the series far to quickly. His cynical tendencies and dry sense of humour was refreshing and constant. The Amulet Trilogy books constantly make us look at ourselves in a different light. The de, I mean djinn, are all different and interesting with their own personal styles. Thank you, Jonathan Stroud.
