Without question the rudest most obnoxious ground staff some of whome employed by Menzies aviation. Will never fly with again, worst airline. Much better is Thomson.

Considering easyjet are normally around about the same price as RyanAir after all the mucking around I feel easyjet has a 'proper airline' feel to it rather than an 'air coach' like ryanair, the planes are nice and don't smell and the flight staff seemed very pleasant and attentive. I'm not knocking ryanair cos they do what they do, but if you can easyjet for the same price i'd defimately go with them.

Have flown Easyjet few times before and thought would give another chance. Check in at Gatwick very quick & then hit enormous queue at departure gate with very irate member of staff - my partner & I just managed to get seat either side of aisle. Coming back from Madeira, arrived 10 mins before check in start but then queued for over an hour then had to go straight through to departures where we were then treated like cattle and queued for nearly another hour, but did actually manage to get 2 se ...

I really did expect better with EasyJet. I was not at all impressed. I usually go with Ryanair but decided to go with EasyJet this time as they were very slightly cheaper. I will definitely always fly with Ryanair from now on, even in the rare event of paying slightly more than EasyJet, becuase it's worth it. The EasyJet planes were fairly new but still older than Ryanair's. The plane was cramped and had alot of rubbish in the the seat pocket from the last flight and the seats were also not very ...

Crew were helpfull and friendly. Captain kept us updated and at ease throughout the flight, Flight was early on outward and inward journeys.Speedy boarding was well worth the extra cost, we didn't have to queue and could choose our seats.Altogether a stress free journey, I would recommend them to everyone, especialy if you are on the nervous side when flying, they put you at ease and make you feel very safe.We have used Easy Jet a few times now and have always found them great.

I was amazed ! I'd heard the stories, read the reviews and was expecting a load of rubbish. How wrong I was.

I've been to Paphos twice this year, the first flights in March with BA club Class and then again in October with Easy Jet and I can hand on heart tell you that Easy Jet would come out on top.

We travelled for my mothers 60th Birthday and I couldn't get 6 tickets on the BA flight in October so I had no choice but to take the Easy Jet option as we needed to be away for the Birthday.

This is the worst of my traveling experience. The staff are EXTREMELY RUDE. They do not care about customer service. They will get together and fight against you. I could almost say that I won't go back to Spain just because of the awful experience with this airline and the staff. The staff that work for them clearly HATE their job. They over charge us for luggage and in top of that the fight was extremely late. I wouldn't fly with them even if it was for free. It is the worst of the worst.

Flew with Easyjet from AGP to STN, The flight left 10 min late but we arrived 15 mins early. The cabin crew were polite and helpful. Food and drinks are fairly expensive but still cheaper than Ryanair and at least you get Bacardi in a bottle and not some strange little sachet re Ryanair. Their planes are getting a little bit worn around the edges and are fairly cramped, but for a no frills airline i think they`re great. I fly with them at least 6 times a year and as yet have never had a problem.

The last flight I took on Easyjet was on the way back from a stag do in Spain. It was at a very late time (around half midnight) and as a result we were all knackered, but the sheer lack of comfort provided by the seats meant it was impossible to sleep. I find it rather amusing that they still state in the safety announcement that "your seat must be in the upright position", when the seats don't even have the function to recline!

That said, there were no other issues with the flight, it was o ...

I used to despise Easyjet and would always rather pay the extra. I have to say that now, after using them a few times i can see the point. The chairs are still uncomfortable and horrible (almost impossible for anyone over 5'8") it is still a bit like hearding cattle as everyone rushes abourd the plane to get the best seat (which is where exactly?) and most of the cheap flights are at hideous times. However - they do the job, they are the epitomy of a no frills airline. You can get a dirt cheap f ...

What a nightmare. When we reached the easyjet ticket counter there was no one there! And we had less than two hours until our flight. We asked a few people standing around and they had no information of where the employees were. Finally about 45 minutes before our flight someone waddles to the counter. She seemed surprised anyone was there. Does no one fly easyjet? We really started to get nervous. When we got to our departing gate, there was no plane. Again, no employee to ask for help. The Rom ...

I would never fly easyjet again-not even if the flight was free. They made us miss our flight & gave every reason in the book as to why they will not reimburse us for the additional costs we had to pay as a result.
I would rather pay 10 times more for the peace of mind i would get flying on a non budget airline. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!! A nasty, dreadful experience..especially with a 3 year old in tow. We ended up having to pay £200 to get a taxi to East Midlands airport & stay in hotel to ge ...

Ths is the first time that we have used a budget airline as we were trying to get the cheapest deal available. We were due to fly out with EasyJet at 6.30 am on wed 26th Aug. On arriving at the departure gate we were told there was a slight delay due to staff illness, so a replacement had been called in. After 10 min wait were allowed onto the plane to wait and sit in comfort, rather than stand around in depts. The captain gave us updates every 10 mins and then he invited all the children on bo ...
