Good Points: Nothing good
Bad Points: Nothing bad, if anything the price/value for money.
General comments: I was disapointed with easyjet. It's ok but I dont recommend it. Its not like some things are fantastic and others are awful. It's just everything is just ok

I hated easyjet. I would rather fly with British airways, even if it is more expensive! The planes were unforfortable, hot due to rubbish air-con and also the plane hadn't been cleaned when we got onto it. In my seat pocket was a bag which somebody from the last flight had been sick in! YUCK! I have also seen chewing gum stuck to the back of the seats on easyjet! Disgusting!

Easyjet is poor. It's expensive and no better than way cheaper airline Ryanair. Why would you choose easyjet and pay more than a Ryanair flight. Fair enough if easyjet is better quality but it isn't. If anything it's worse quality than Ryanair becuase the seats aren't as comfortable and Ryanair is certainly on time more. Ryanair is the choice every time. Forget easyjet!

Agree with other comments on Easyjet becoming less and less attractive on price (especially if you travel two ways). Never again i will use them as they screwed up 2 times out of 3 that i used them (canceled the flight, urged me to check in my bag due to i had my purse additionnaly to a bag)

As usual very good service with Easyjet: professional staff and good punctuality.
Flew Madrid-Bristol-Madrid.
Mad-Bristol: very efficient check in, faster than many a time with Iberia, KLM or British Airways. Flight left on time, and arrived about 15 min early.
Bristol- Madrid: arrived just before the check in opened to hear their computer was down. They gave regular updates and clear instructions: manual check-in and dedicated desks for those flights due to leave first...but then after about 1 ...

AGP - STN - AGP Flew with Easyjet end of april, flight from malaga left on time, arrived early, 15 mins late leaving stansted but made up time and arrived at malaga early. Cabin crew very friendly, and planes were in good condition.

EJ is fast losing its appeal. It used to be competitive on price and had reasonable (albeit no-frills) customer service. Their price is no longer that competitive as the big carriers are catching up, but EJ ' s levels of service are now so poor as to border on appalling. Might use them again in an emergency, but more likely to pay the premium and go BA.

Passenger services are rubbish for what you pay, never again Easyjet. Just fly British Airways it may be more expensive by a fraction but at least they give you food. On Easyjet you don't have the choice to even buy a meal.

Flew Easyjet Gatwick to Nice return last week with family.
Cheap flights.
Well looked after at boarding so was able to sit together.

We flew with EasyJet from Gatwick to Tenerife recently and returned to Gatwick 2 weeks later. The outbound flight was fine, the aircraft was on time and the speedy boarding system that we had paid extra for worked well so we were able to get seats with a bit more leg room. It would be good to be able to score a complete review, however, as my 12 year old son, 27 classmates and 2 teachers were thrown off a flight just prior to take-off, that would be impossible! The flight had already been delayed twice. Everyone was settled on board and doing up their seatbelts and the flight attendents had started the safety talks. I am a disabled passenger and have travelled 3 times with easyjet,and the service has been excellent.
The only small bad point I would mention,is that priory boarding doesn't always mean just that, I require extra leg room and coming back from Spain this month,I had to ask. for this was the first time this had happened.
I generally find EasyJet staff very kind and understanding.I am travelling again in September,and wouldn't use any other airline

Easyjet staff were nice and we weren't delayed at either end, also really cheap £120 2 people return including luggage to Newcastle from Stanstead. The only bad point we experienced slow check-in at Newcastle.

Upon checking in for our EasyJet flight, we were told we had a 3 hour delay, and given a voucher for a cup of coffee and a croissant. That was the last communication we had from easyjet until our flight took off at 4am, a whole 13 hours delay. No refreshment vouchers, despite requests (and despite this being a legal requirement too...) and not even an announcement to tell us when we'd take off.

We tried to book a holiday in Malta for 6 friends including me on easyjet.com. First off, the homepage does not function well. I couldn't even search for a decent result, and had to have my friends do the booking for me. We managed to book, but when we saw the invoice online, it was booked in a different date! We are getting our money back in 10 days. We will never use easyjet again at any rate.

Flew agp - lgw - agp with Easyjet over christmas. The outbound flight was on time and as there were only 60 people on the flight we had 3 seats each to spread out on. We had drinks and some nibbles which i thought were reasonably priced. the cabin crew were excellent and very friendly. The inbound flight was delayed by 2 hours due to freezing fog at gatwick. We had to sit on the plane for over a hour while waiting for the de icer, but the captain kept us informed and we were able to move around ...

The wife and I use Easyjet several times a year for weekend breaks and have never had a problem with this airline at all. Take your own food and have a picnic while flying, beats airline food anyday. Some aircraft could do with a spring clean inside. Still good prices but not as good as they were

Went skiing for new year to bulgaria for a cheapish holiday. Flights on EasyJet were £300 return which wasn't that cheap but was over the new year period.
Flight back was delayed for 5 hours after we checked in due to bad weather. then they told us it was cancelled and told us to leave the airport at 2 in the morning with no help.
