    I know easy Jet receives bad press, but recently i had to e mial them in relation to evidence that i did not fly, for my insurance company, i thought this would go into a black hole but i received a response on line with in 2 days plus a hard copy in the post a few days later

    Crew were helpfull and friendly. Captain kept us updated and at ease throughout the flight, Flight was early on outward and inward journeys.Speedy boarding was well worth the extra cost, we didn't have to queue and could choose our seats.Altogether a stress free journey, I would recommend them to everyone, especialy if you are on the nervous side when flying, they put you at ease and make you feel very safe.We have used Easy Jet a few times now and have always found them great.

    I was amazed ! I'd heard the stories, read the reviews and was expecting a load of rubbish. How wrong I was.

    I've been to Paphos twice this year, the first flights in March with BA club Class and then again in October with Easy Jet and I can hand on heart tell you that Easy Jet would come out on top.

    We travelled for my mothers 60th Birthday and I couldn't get 6 tickets on the BA flight in October so I had no choice but to take the Easy Jet option as we needed to be away for the Birthday.

    This is the worst of my traveling experience. The staff are EXTREMELY RUDE. They do not care about customer service. They will get together and fight against you. I could almost say that I won't go back to Spain just because of the awful experience with this airline and the staff. The staff that work for them clearly HATE their job. They over charge us for luggage and in top of that the fight was extremely late. I wouldn't fly with them even if it was for free. It is the worst of the worst.

    it is a rubbish airline company we paid for our luggage and we got to the airport and they said we had not paid it was on the information but they said no it has not been paid for but i had no problems with the plane the crew where fine

    10 hours late. staff rude and swearing, lack of communication. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH EASY JET AGAIN. Never had such bad customer service. I woudl not even fly with them if free......

    what a load of rubbish this company is!!! the flights were on time which was good but the comfort,catering an general view of the company is very poor.
    Our drinks were a month out of date, we had no hot drinks for the duration of the flight, we had no inflight entertainment ok i know its a budjet air line but come on!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN will we fly with easy jet.

    Flew with Easyjet from AGP to STN, The flight left 10 min late but we arrived 15 mins early. The cabin crew were polite and helpful. Food and drinks are fairly expensive but still cheaper than Ryanair and at least you get Bacardi in a bottle and not some strange little sachet re Ryanair. Their planes are getting a little bit worn around the edges and are fairly cramped, but for a no frills airline i think they`re great. I fly with them at least 6 times a year and as yet have never had a problem.

    The last flight I took on Easyjet was on the way back from a stag do in Spain. It was at a very late time (around half midnight) and as a result we were all knackered, but the sheer lack of comfort provided by the seats meant it was impossible to sleep. I find it rather amusing that they still state in the safety announcement that "your seat must be in the upright position", when the seats don't even have the function to recline!

    I used to despise Easyjet and would always rather pay the extra. I have to say that now, after using them a few times i can see the point. The chairs are still uncomfortable and horrible (almost impossible for anyone over 5'8") it is still a bit like hearding cattle as everyone rushes abourd the plane to get the best seat (which is where exactly?) and most of the cheap flights are at hideous times.     What a nightmare. When we reached the easyjet ticket counter there was no one there! And we had less than two hours until our flight. We asked a few people standing around and they had no information of where the employees were. Finally about 45 minutes before our flight someone waddles to the counter.     I would never fly easyjet again-not even if the flight was free. They made us miss our flight & gave every reason in the book as to why they will not reimburse us for the additional costs we had to pay as a result.

    Ths is the first time that we have used a budget airline as we were trying to get the cheapest deal available. We were due to fly out with EasyJet at 6.30 am on wed 26th Aug. On arriving at the departure gate we were told there was a slight delay due to staff illness, so a replacement had been called in.     I was also on the Easyjet Bodrum flight that should have left at 20.45 on the 27th of August but left nearly 20 hours late the next day. I am totally disgusted with the way we were treated and the lack of communication from Easyjet. I feel we will never know the real reason for it being so late because then they would have to compensate. I will never fly with them again and will warn others!!

    I was also on the Bodrum flight on the 27th of August and i am totally disgusted with the way in which Easyjet treated their PAYING customers. How can we be left in an airport terminal for over 10hours without any word on why or what was going on?? Our total delay was nearly 20 hours and i feel we will never know the real reason! I will NEVER fly with them again.

    Should have left Bodrum 20.45 on Thursday 27th, at 4am on 28th we were taken to a hotel. Pick up and taken back to airport at 12.30 next day, then sat in the airport until 5pm, before plane finally took off at 18.00. We were given no information as to what was happening and Easyjet left the poor Turkish officials to deal with everything. Would not recommend Easyjet and certainly wont be flying with them again.

    Terrible! Our easyjet flight was suppose to leave at 3:40pm, but the time came, and we were told that there would be an half an hour delay for technical problems. 4:10 passed and we were told the flight wouldn't arrive until 5pm. Then 5:30pm...and so on until we were informed we couldn't leave til 1am. On top of it, there were no easyjet employees or representatives there (all airport people). We were told we coluld change our flight, but our luggage would certainly be lost. And how did easyjet ...

    Ive left neg reviews for first choice(travel agents) and Monarch flights and thomas cook flights (for baggage overcharging only) and feel i should now praise where due. i have travelled with easy jet three times to different destinations and the flights have always been comfortable and on time.The staff have always been a pleasure to fly with, friendly ,genuine and down to earth unlike a lot of other airlines.
    Well done i would definatly recommend you.

    After shooting a short video with my mobile phone of myself and a friend, I made a short scan of the inside.
    The plane wasn't even closed yet.
    Apparently a stewardess at the end of the corridor behind me noticed my panorama shot because as I turned off my phone she had walked towards me and stood next to me stating "I want you to remove that photo from your mobile."
