I went away with the family for a holiday over Christmas and we used EasyJet as our chosen airline to which after the first 15 minutes realised that we had made a terrible mistake. The fact that we where queuing up for about 45 minutes just to be seen because they decided to only have one check in till open at peak times was just the start of what turned out to be an experience to say the least.The plane was uncomfortable, the staff where rude and overall it was not the best experience I've… Read Full Review

“Worst Customer Service experienced from an Airline”

We made sure we were fully aware of the baggage policy of Easyjet before we booked our domestic flight (due to the amount of bad reviews I have heard) and chose to book and pay for one bag to go into the hold. Due to bad flooding around Crawley, our train suffered long delays and we got to the airport with minutes to spare for boarding, therefore missing the bag drop deadline. “The absolute worst airline in the world.”

Avoid like the plague. I fly 2+ times a week for work and have noticed a precipitous decline in their service and an aggressive money-grabbing strategy. “Big Stellios!!”

Big Stellios is the man, if he can't do it no one can. I always fly easy jet, never had any issues with them. Cheap, cheerful and always seem to be on time (when I've used them anyway). Have used Easyjet to Murcia five times this year - bang on time each trip. At Easter I got held up by the French Air Traffic Control strike for five days - they put me up in a very nice hotel and eventually I got away in three days on standby. I'm always impressed by how hard cabin crew work and their efficiency in carrying out a rather stressful job. “Shoddy”

Flew with them once and once was enough. Arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule and the plane was delayed by 6 hours with no explanation. When we finally boarded the plane was a mess, grubby and dirty. The staff looked like zombies, it was like something out a horror movie!! I fell asleep and woke up an hour later in the hope it was just a nightmare, but sadly is was reality. “Disorganized and understaffed”

I missed my flight as I could not check my luggage in time although I was in line in plenty of time (Thought) 2 hours! 22 other passengers were in the same situation which, I understand, occurs every day. I received no service and the staff was rude. No management in sight. I chose to fly to my destination by another airline and, fortunately, I can claim the price of the Easyjet ticket on my travel insurance. “Airport Change on Friday, Flying on SUNDAY??!!”

Thank you Easy Jet for making the start of our summer holiday so difficult. Received an email on Friday that the flight no longer went to Rome Fiumincino but was going to the other one. “Valencia Airport nightmare”

Booked in llam for l2.55 flight on 7th August 20l5. Did not take off until 9.45pm! We could get no information from Swissport staff and any announcements were short, inaudible and mainly in Spanish. One British passenger found a bi-lingual passenger to assist but got nowhere. “Cannot complain”

I use Easyjet few times per year and so far I have never had a problem. I always purchase seat in the front of the plane, therefore I have priority boarding and can take one large and one small bag. Their on board menu has reasonably prices and good packages - ie buy sandwich and drink, get crisps for free. “Do not book easy jet car hire, go direct to europcar”

I tried to change the date of the car hire booked with easy jet (europcar) Europcar were amazing and there was no charge for changing as long as I did this 2 hours before pick up time. BUT I had paid easy jet and they would not refund any money as they said "we are a non refundable airline" NEVER book a car through easy jet. Unfortunately, easyjet don't have competition in the UK markets. Other airlines (budget or otherwise) don't fly the routes, frequency that they do. Why means that the fares are not really budget anymore. Having had to use them for many occasions, here are the various ways in which Easyjet hassles it passengers 1. “Drunks have priority!”

Could not believe that 12 drunk men were allowed to board a flight. It was obvious in the departure lounge, the stench of alcohol was overpowering, they were shouting, swearing and swigging from bottles, yet allowed to board the 'plane!
