Easyjet is very frustrating if you need to contact them by telephone. You are submitted to an automated service that does not allow for individuals with speech impediments. I have been trying for 4 hours to talk live with a customer services operator and end up where I started..... shame on you Easyjet

We have just had a very bad experience with Easyjet and will never book with them ever again. In short last weekend we booked return flights from Luton to Spain for four people with two different surnames. It was my first time using Easyjet and please believe me when I tell you I will NEVER use them again. My family and I were in Paris and needed to get to Rome. I travelled on Easyjet to Venice in March and was highly disappointed. I hate the non allocation of seats - it just leads to a school dinner queue style barge to the desk- no sits down, they just hover around the desk.

Just got back from Madeira flying with Easyjet. Our flight was cancelled which they blamed on poor weather however other carriers were still running flights at the airport. We wasted a whole day at the airport only to be told in the evening - after queuing for three hours - that we would have to stay for several more days until flights were available and sort out our own hotel, taxi, food etc then try and claim it back. Not once did anyone explain what was happening - we were treated like cattle ...

Why don't they allocate seats I HATE the pushing and shoving and always wait until the end. Then I cannot sit with my partner. I would travel with another airline but they are often the only one that goes to my destination

The actual service is difficult to fault. Yes, there's always a bit of a stampede prior to boarding and the flight feels like slightly less than economy class but I really feel that it's one of the few companies that are doing the customer a real favour.Of course we are the customer and without us they could hardly operate but without them I would not be able to take in excess of three holidays per year.

I have flown with Easyjet more times than I can remember over the last 16 months after moving to Italy and so far (touch wood) the service has been exceptional, reasonably priced and largely on time both to London and Prague. Went to Malaga with Easyjet from Liverpool recently. What a pleasant surprise, apart from being cheap, both flights took off bang on time and the outward arrived early. The planes had a fresh new feeling about them and were reasonably comfortable. But don't forget to pack your sandwiches.

Myself and my wife flew from Liverpool to Nice with our two young kids and found the check in staff to be helpful and very friendly. We had a problem with our booking but this was no problem as the staff knew exactly what they were doing. Cheap and convenient flight. Staff were pleasant. The pushing and shoving to board, since seats are not assigned. I would fly them again since they are cheap, but certainly don't expect wonderful service.

My family and I flew EasyJet from Zurich to Barcelona and return. This was our first trip on EasyJet and will be our last! The return flight from Barcelona to Zurich was a disaster. We flew from Bristol to Berlin and return. From the moment we checked in we were treated with friendliness and courtesy. I use a wheelchair and the help given was excellent, boarding was easy and helpful to sit in the front seats to avoid having to negotiate the aisles. The same level of service was found in both UK and Germany.
We look forward to flying with Easyjet again in the future.

Baggage Payment that they don't tell you about when you book it. Disorganised. Late flights. Unhelpful staff. No organized seating.
Uncomfortable aircraft. I wouldn't fly with Easyjet again.

My luggage and most of the contents were destroyed during ground transportation at Belfast International Airport. The driver of the truck then appears to have hidden the case in the hope that the damage would not be discovered and the case simply reported as being lost. My wife and i have flown over 30 times using EASYJET.
Apart from one 2 hour delay our flights have always been on time and a pleasent experience.It amazes me when people complain that the gates were closed at the allloted time and they couldnt get on the flight. My advice to them is arrive on time and you will have NO problems !
Good value for money..It has helped see many parts of this world.
