flight from Venice to Manchester. You pay for what you get, NO, got much better flight with more baggage allowance and food included with Singapore airlines for less money, inflight entertainment was a movie that I could select, ear phones provided for free (Manchester to Munich). Easy(ha)jet are just robbing, service providing, sales pushing, don't give a faeces, incompetent, pushy. Will never ever consider using these again. My own fault as I had heard they were appalling. “Frustrating and rubbish!”

I get the you get what you paid for so it was a no frills flight, which is fine. Its just SO annoying when you are made to put your handbag in your hand luggage, why?? I need my handbag for easy access to my passport, purse etc Stupid rule. Also blamed the delay home on the Bristol airport said 'we were ready but they weren't'. They lied! We have used Easyjet several times we have never had a problem Our most recent trip was from Glasgow to Bristol , Easyjet give loads of information on check procedures & check in times , baggage allowed , from the booking right up to departure it’s up to the passenger to read and follow those instructions This was the first time using the iPhone app and things could not have been easier due to a little to much shopping my bag was 2kilos over wait this cost me £20 this was ok as it is… Read Full Review

“Atrocious service”

My wife was delayed by over 24hrs on a flight from Bristol to Alicante on evening ofMarch 27th. We all understand that tech problems happen, but with the number of aircraft available in Europe they should have got the passengers out early the following morning at the latest. The bus to collect them from the hotel was due at 5.30pm but didn't arrive till 6.40 with all pax by now rather cold and worried. I spent over an hour on the phone. “incompetent staff”

On the 21st of February 9 people missed their flight to Kittila (Finland) airport flying from Gatwick because of the incompetence of the information desk woman and the dispatcher responsible for the screen information . The flight was missing from the board 5 min. after was shown and whoever missed the 5 min. were waiting at the information desk, but the woman simply refused to tell us the gate number and was holding us to send us back to costumer service so we can buy new tickets ! I went away with the family for a holiday over Christmas and we used EasyJet as our chosen airline to which after the first 15 minutes realised that we had made a terrible mistake. “Worst Customer Service experienced from an Airline”

We made sure we were fully aware of the baggage policy of Easyjet before we booked our domestic flight (due to the amount of bad reviews I have heard) and chose to book and pay for one bag to go into the hold. Due to bad flooding around Crawley, our train suffered long delays and we got to the airport with minutes to spare for boarding, therefore missing the bag drop deadline. “The absolute worst airline in the world.”

Avoid like the plague. I fly 2+ times a week for work and have noticed a precipitous decline in their service and an aggressive money-grabbing strategy. Big Stellios is the man, if he can't do it no one can. I always fly easy jet, never had any issues with them. Cheap, cheerful and always seem to be on time (when I've used them anyway). Have used Easyjet to Murcia five times this year - bang on time each trip. At Easter I got held up by the French Air Traffic Control strike for five days - they put me up in a very nice hotel and eventually I got away in three days on standby. I'm always impressed by how hard cabin crew work and their efficiency in carrying out a rather stressful job. “Shoddy”

Flew with them once and once was enough. Arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule and the plane was delayed by 6 hours with no explanation. When we finally boarded the plane was a mess, grubby and dirty. The staff looked like zombies, it was like something out a horror movie!! I fell asleep and woke up an hour later in the hope it was just a nightmare, but sadly is was reality. “Disorganized and understaffed”

I missed my flight as I could not check my luggage in time although I was in line in plenty of time (Thought) 2 hours! 22 other passengers were in the same situation which, I understand, occurs every day. I received no service and the staff was rude. No management in sight. I chose to fly to my destination by another airline and, fortunately, I can claim the price of the Easyjet ticket on my travel insurance. “Airport Change on Friday, Flying on SUNDAY??!!”

Thank you Easy Jet for making the start of our summer holiday so difficult. Received an email on Friday that the flight no longer went to Rome Fiumincino but was going to the other one. Booked in llam for l2.55 flight on 7th August 20l5. Did not take off until 9.45pm! We could get no information from Swissport staff and any announcements were short, inaudible and mainly in Spanish.
