easyjet have improved in recent years and my recent trip to spain was trouble free. pleasant cabin crew and prompt departure with early arrival despite problems in france with air traffic. still wish the price you see is the price you pay but all in all very nice. specially the checkin staff at alicante were very nice and friendly. will definately use again next time… Read Full Review

“Have flown Easyjet many, many times between...”

Have flown Easyjet many, many times between London/Italy/Greece/Netherlands and happy with the service. It does what it is there to do - gets you from A to B economically and usually on time. Service is much better now seats are allocated rather than the free for all rush that used to happen. I don't buy airline food so no comment on that. I have book a flights for two people from GAtwick to Brussels through Lastminute.com I found out that from £511 I have paid to Lastminute , £378 were paid towards two flights returned to Brussels and £ 123 for 3 nights 4 stars hotel in Brussels.The flight was delayed more than three hours but Easyjet is lying about the delayed time reporting 2.33 minute instead of over three hours I have been cheated and sold this package as a bargain. I accidentally reversed my surname and given name when booking online, and it said on the website that it cost 42 euro to "change" it. I asked for help online and the person who was responding, who went by the name Agnieszka replied very fast and efficiently helped me change. we booked a holiday with easjet holidays as two couples. first couple booked and paid and within minutes second couple booked and were charged 125pounds per person extra.easyjet say this is down to availability but within 12 hours the price was back to the original price the first couple had booked for they had no choice to pay as we had already paid.customer services is rude and unhelpful.this is the first and last time we would ever use easyjet again… Read Full Review

Used to be a budget airline but not anymore. If you want to travel to holiday destinations its just a bit cheaper than a normal airline if you include suitcases etc. Used to be my first option but not anymore. “Best low cost airline by miles”

I've flown with easyjet perhaps 50 times in the last 5 years and have never had any problems. Their website is easy to use and clear about hidden fees (certainly compared to their competitors). I've never been significantly delayed in all this time. Their cabin baggage allowance is one of the most generous around and is usually sufficient for short trips. “Rude boarding staffs!”

I flied from Paris CDG to London last week. My flight was fine, the crew serve well. But before this, when I was going to board, the stuffs were extremely, unbelievably rude. My father successfully boarded but I forgot my passport in his hand carry, I ask the staff if she can stop my father so I can take my passport. “Rip off luggage charges”

There's still a big problem when going through the online booking process, especially if you're going on a holiday where you're taking your own sports equipment. I recently went skiing in Austria and flew on a Flybe charter and was charged £19 for ski carriage. “Don't be a masochist!”

EasyJet is not worth the money you think you will save. (You'll end up paying the same as a regular airline anyway.) At best, you are treated like a nuisance; at worst, as if they hate your guts. You have to go to the furthest ends of the airport where there are no amenities (like elevators), you get no announcements, no smiles (like they promise on their website), long lines, uncomfortable seats and you are subject to the whims of the staff if they want (or need) to extract more money out of… Read Full Review

“Happy Traveller”

I bought my ticket from Lisbon to Madrid online weeks before a trip that I planned with friends. I accidentally booked the ticket for the day before we were actually leaving and did not realize this until I arrived at the airport. “Easyjet near miss”

14 February 2014, Our plane went mad, wing nearly hit run way, Pilot had to abandon the land at luton airport and flew back up full force, alarms going off, people screaming and vomiting rough as hell like the worst theme park ride, My body went numb I was so scared as we flew back up! “give my wife’s tears back”

On 30th January 2014, my wife and I, were on our journey to Sweden to see my wife’s doctor. Just for being one or two centimetre over luggage size, the boarding staff member made our journey upside down. Oh my goodness, so much like our recent experience. The staff is rude combative, and treat their customers like they hate them. If you want to go to the worst gate at the airport; be ignored at best or worst, insulted; sit in an uncomfortable seat and be charged a lot of money at the gatekeeper's whim, then this is the airline for you. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, travel in comfort and pay the same amount of money, then use a major airline. I heard about half a dozen people say that their vacation was ruined by EasyJet.

“Customer Services nightmare”

I have spoken to a lady at your call centre named Shabnam on various occasions but today takes the biscuit, I have always found her extremely rude but today have been appalled by the standard of service supplied. She was rude, patronising, condescending and unwilling to help me with a refund of money the airline actually OWE to me. I was not allowed to board my flight because my passport was to expire in two months. I wanted to rebook my round-trip ticket (returning in 8 days). I asked to speak to an agent.
