Firstly if there was an option to give this disgraceful airline 0 stars I would have. They feel it is acceptable to make you incur over a 3 hour delay but by moving you to a departure gate whilst having no intention of allowing you to board the aircraft as they had no pilot nor cabin crew to man it. There was absolutely no communication between their staff and passengers. My 2 young children were extremely distressed by the entire ordeal. “USA have United Airlines, the UK have Easyjet”

With the recent problems with United Airlines i can only compare them to Easyjet, both airlines might be okay if nothing goes wrong but as soon as anything does then they show their complete disregard for their customers. In my case within a few days of making a compensation claim for flight delay they agree to pay the claim under EU REG 261, but it then takes more than 5 months for us to get the payment from them. “Lovely flight”

My husband and I flew with easy jet last week and was a very professional service. The staff on board were excellent and looked after us very well. “Ruined 30th Birthday Celebrations in Montenegro”

A group of friends have just had their celebrations ruined by this airline overbooking the flight. 8 people were to travel to Montenegro to celebrate one of the group's 30th birthday. A trip that has been planned for months. “Delayed, poor communication, herded like cattle”

Flew easyJet from Gatwick to Fuerteventura. Automated check in chaotic. Flight time delayed initially by over 3 hours, subsequently 2 more changes causing confusion and inconvenience. Poor communication throughout. Held in gate area for ages then herded onto tarmac and stood in freezing conditions for 15 mins. Crew arrived late despite lengthy delay. “Cutting costs and delays”

Always late, now using steps instead if available airbridges to cut costs. Push aircraft timetables to unrealistic levels so any minor hiccup compounds into greater and greater delays through the day. Used to highly reccomend them but not anymore… Read Full Review

“Rude, deceitful, illitrate, discriminatory staff Luton...”

I had a flight with them going to Portugal. I was denied boarding as I was told I needed a visa. I am travel document holder and do not require visa to travel. “Can't thank staff enough”

I fly regular with easyJet and know they often get bad press but on this occasion especially I can't thank staff enough. On flight 19 Dec to Alicante my father fell unconscious. There was a doctor sat behind who was awesome but was so impressed with how staff reacted and also assisted and helped family. “Customer Service Deceitful & Rude”

Fog delayed then cancelled our flight home. We had to stay overnight (which they did pay for and was fine), then were told only flights to Liverpool with seat availability were 5 days away.

 We had to take a flight to another airport but our car was parked in Liverpool hundreds of miles away. 

We were reassured that if we kept our receipts our expenses for travel, car park etc would be reimbursed.

“flight cancelled 10 minutes before takeoff”

cancelled my flight to Ibiza 10 minutes before take off, no proper reasoning given. Rude customer service at desk, showed a complete lack of sympathy. I almost missed my brothers wedding as a result. What to say. As many people the reason why i am writing a review is due to very poor service. I am sitting right now in Gatwick waiting for a delayed flight to Geneva that is also a flight replacement from a cancelled flight to Zurich (notice they are not even the same city) from Luton (not even the same airport) one day later (not even the same day). You pay for what you get, NO, got much better flight with more baggage allowance and food included with Singapore airlines for less money, inflight entertainment was a movie that I could select, ear phones provided for free (Manchester to Munich). I get the you get what you paid for so it was a no frills flight, which is fine. Its just SO annoying when you are made to put your handbag in your hand luggage, why?? My wife was delayed by over 24hrs on a flight from Bristol to Alicante on evening ofMarch 27th. We all understand that tech problems happen, but with the number of aircraft available in Europe they should have got the passengers out early the following morning at the latest. “incompetent staff”

On the 21st of February 9 people missed their flight to Kittila (Finland) airport flying from Gatwick because of the incompetence of the information desk woman and the dispatcher responsible for the screen information . The flight was missing from the board 5 min. after was shown and whoever missed the 5 min. were waiting at the information desk, but the woman simply refused to tell us the gate number and was holding us to send us back to costumer service so we can buy new tickets ! “You get what you pay for”

I went away with the family for a holiday over Christmas and we used EasyJet as our chosen airline to which after the first 15 minutes realised that we had made a terrible mistake.
