I contacted the company and - after some time and discussion, it must be said - they agreed to replace the ear-rings rather than repair the one that had broken. I spent £395 on a pair of rose gold earrings & a rose gold sapphire pendant & chain. Within this overall price I paid an additional £20 for a heavier chain to carry the pendant. Quoted as being 1.5mm in thickness the "heavier" chain was not fit for purpose. There was no way my wife would risk carrying a pendant worth approximately £200 on a chain so light & thin she could barely do it up. CAUTION... Bought Ruby ear rings, came from California as fashion jewellry.. asked for letter of veryfication that I have received true Ruby gemstones as advertised... no reply to my 2 emails. Cannot get hold of PayPal to make a complaint. First time in many years I am having a problem with online shopping and PayPal. Aks for veryfication before purchase from this vendor!!!!.
