we have been very happy with previous holidays so decided to have another in benidorm.from beginning to end all arrangements were handled by u look u book and once again they were excellent. from booking in at manchester to returning home the journey was perfect not one small problem all i had to do was printoff all the paperwork all this for a party of sixteen no-one could believe that the arrangements made for us could have passed so comfortably all in all it was a very enjoyable experience (read more)

We worked with a lady from ulookubook and she was wonderful. we really enjoyed our holiday and would use this site again. We went to Luxor and booked at the last minute wanting a warm holiday. The hotel was on the outskirts of Luxor which was fine. It was 4 star but you must remember, an Egyptian 4 star. This hotel was terrible from start to finish. I could rant on about it but honestly it is not worth my time and effort. Food Awful Rude Staff, Dirty and generally run down. This hotel has put us off ever going away overseas at Christmas ever again. Considering we have been away for the last 10 years at Christmas that will tell you how bad it is. Thanks, we complained endlessly while we were there and did not get any satisfaction in fact nothing at all.
Wet room , constantly damp (wet) bedding, rude staff, dirty pool surround the list went on for 2 weeks .
Never have we been so pleased to get on a airplane home.
We have written this holiday off bought a caravan and will be touring Europe catering and pleasing ourselves in future.

Praia de rocha apartments I can honestly say was the worst place I have ever stayed. Staff very rude, rooms not ready when we arrived and then when we went out and returned several hours later still one of the rooms was not cleaned.
