Had a home appointment and the extremely friendly repair guy, turned up well on time and found 2 chips that were fixed expertly well and quick too. All done through my car insurance. Would highly recommend Autoglass to anyone.

I had an entire windscreen replaced. The technician kept me informed of when he'd arrive. I found him truly professional and efficient and he followed COVID guidelines. Carried out a thorough job and I was highly impressed by the service end to end. I would recommend Autoglass.

After reckless driver shot in front of us on Scarborough road last week and kicked up gravel which chipped windscreen, which cracked; Autoglass here today on our drive fitting new BMW replacement screen (£75 excess only to pay on insurance); great job, well done Autoglass - super service, splendid technician who worked quickly, carefully, and most courteous too.

Fantastic service within 24 hours of phoning. Detailed updates from engineer and a fast, friendly replacement of my windscreen. Found website did not suit my questions so eventually located a phone number and talking to a person sorted everything out.

Okay so it took a bit of time to get this appointment but that was because of some difficulties sourcing the actual windscreen but when I attended Belron House, Egham this morning at 0800 I was bowled over by the friendly and efficient service. The Technician was knowledgeable and informative. He said it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours and it did! Whilst I was waiting I was treated to decent coffee,comfortable and clean surroundings and friendly reception staff. All in all a first class customer experience. Well done Autoglass!!

technician arrived promptly and went over and above his remit to ensure top class job. He even produced a seal which would cover the edge of paintwork after recent respray First class job and very impressed thanks!

Good window fitter told me the do,s and dont,s after having the wndow fitted also Autoglass kept me informed from start to finish with the order top company.

The man came to replace our windscreen this morning, he was very efficient and thorough. I didn't realize there was so much involved in replacing a windscreen, I couldn't help but watch what he was doing, and found it fascinating seeing all the equipment being used. He advised us about not driving the car for quite a while, regarding the sealant etc. Nice friendly man, and good service. We would recommend Autoglass to anyone, going by our experience.

The person I dealt with could not have been anymore professional plenty warning of when he was going to arrive. I used to fit bonded windows some 30+ years ago god knows how we got away with it when I see the equipment he was using very impressive, genuine guy easy to talk to with excellent knowledge of the motor trade in general,fingers crossed there is no leak which was always the problem we used to have. would not hesitate in recommending Autoglass to anyone cheers

My car is a model new to the market, I suspected it may take a while to locate a replacement windscreen. Autoglass were marvellous at keeping in touch , we eventually agreed a date for replacement, as it happened not too long a wait from their point of view, I could not make my car available so they scheduled to meet my requirement. They contacted to remind me of date, fitter left a text to give details of when he would arrive. Fitter was polite, he gave an estimate of time it should take to ft windscreen, he explained as necessary, details of aftercare. All in all - from first contacting Autoglass, replacement went as smoothly as it could have done. Impressed and pleased with their service.

Although havint to wait 10 days for an appointment due to the exceptional recent weather conditions the engineer arrived at the appointed time and he was curteous and professional throughout. Excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend Autoglass and their staff.
