I know a lot of bad press is going about for some of these companies. I can see why, obviously a lot of them are you to rip you off. But you have to be careful with estate agents as well these days. Got a cash offer, and a quick turnaround. There wre a couple of days delay due to solicitors but very good overall.

We had been on the market for almost a year without viewings and the offers we had received were just ridiculous considering we were marketing at a discounted price! You don't pay anything and they cover your solicitors fees so it's all very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
