Price seemed attractive but I find it disconcerting not to be provided with full written information about what policy covers and clear contact details if need to make a claim. Use of the internet may be more accessible at times, but printing out pages and pages of documents for file ref. is quite costly and time consuming - that is what we pay premium for, or at least I thought I did. Doesn't help if your printer is not working properly. (read more)

Despite being sold the policy by a very helpful guy who offered me a good deal with £70 of Amazon vouchers; it seems that this is not the case! Varying people have said varying things - some even suggested that i bought the policy with £40 cash back. It seems that someone somewhere has to play back the recording of the telephone conversation to determine if I am telling the truth but even then I have to wait 60 days! By that point, I can't get out of the policy without paying a penalty!... (read more)

member of topcash back. used there link to policy expert for prices on 8/04/13, then your Representative rang meon 11/04/13 to say if you take policy now that policy £68 and topcash back would give me £90 back he said really where giving cover to you, so of course took cover to now be told by topcash back its not been recorded i have been sold this fraudulently this needs sorting as feel this is criminal by yourselves (read more)

Your cashback claim is still in the 60 day validation period, so as long as you don't cancel your policy within 60 days of the policy start date, there shouldn't be any problems getting your cashback.

I have looked into this for you personally, but those policy numbers aren't references of ours I'm afraid, and I can't find any record of you holding a policy with us.
At the moment we also don't sell car insurance, so I'm not sure if this is cashback owed by us, or by a different company?
If this is an error on our part, please accept my sincerest apologies. Please send over a copy of your insurance policy documents I'll be more than happy to follow this up.
