We received a site visit where the operation and advantages were explained in detail, plus a cost estimate for the unit and installation. We were so impressed that we decided to order immediately. Delivery was on time, and the installation was comp, leted in a very efficient manner. Mr Greg Assemakis of Silkstream is a first class tradesman. I would have no hesitation in recommending Silkstream to anyone. The unit has worked very well, and it is a great advantage having soft water on tap. (read more)

“We enjoy soft water in a very hard water area thanks...”

We have enjoyed soft water for over 10 years since Greg Assemakis of Silkstream recommended and installed a water softener for us. Greg helped us choose the right water softener for our home and his installation work was both caring and meticulous. We were so pleased with the whole thing and the water softener has been trouble free, it just sits there giving us beautifully soft water every day. “Kinetico water softener and R.O. drinking water system...”

Silkstream installed our Kinetico water softener and an R.O. drinking water system over 10 years ago and we were delighted with their initial guidance on which equipment to purchase and with the neatness of the installations. Silkstream have given us excellent on-going service over the ensuing years and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a water softener and drinking water filter system. “My experience with Silkstream was excellent”

Silkstream installed my Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis water purification drinking water system some two years ago and made a superb job. I am a very particular lady and found Silkstream to be caring and professional in their work. The job was very neat and I had very little disruption whilst they were in my home. “Pleasure of doing business with Silkstream”

The details of Silkstream were passed to me by a friend and normally I would be very cautious about such recommendations but I am pleased to say I was completely wrong, they were absolutely superb. Greg from Silkstream was helpful from the beginning and not at all condescending in his manner towards me as a divorced woman.
