“Terrible experience”

House of Frasers Gift/ wedding list service was shocking! I have never experienced such bad customer service. I can fully accept that sometimes things go wrong, however I feel that it is the way in which this is dealt with that is important. When a company is in the wrong, you do not expect the manager to be rude, defensive and unhelpful. The higher up the heirarchy you go- the worse the service becomes. My fiance (now husband) wasn't keen on the idea of having a list but the 'Concierge' we met in our local House of Fraser (Croydon) did a great job of convincing him - she was realy helpful suggesting things we might like to add to our list and tips on how to get a good mix for all of our guests - we chose the option of having vouchers as well as gifts which is great as we are still spending them now!
