    I`m sorry to be blunt,but there is no way,that you should be taking two or three shots to kill any prey,get yourself a proper FAC rifle like a 0.22 Theoben Eliminator or HW80,intead of trying to boost up a Weihrauch HW95k rifle that even for the U.S. market (as the R.9) is only designed to do 14-14.5 ft/lbs

    Wanted a decent second airgun to complement my 97k. I had been shooting rabbits with a friend (me with the 97k him with my old xocet). I was hitting the rabbits easily at 30-40m, he was missing. So after some research on the web and a visit to my gunsmith walked out with a Weihrauch HW95k. It is cheaper than a 97k and the quality is not as good. But the accuracy with accupells easily matches the 97k. It is a bit light and wavey so you will have to get used to it.That comment only makes sense if ...

    Weihrauch HW95k is an excellent product. Got a Hawke scope in the package and it all works well, definite killing machine at 40 yards.

    the Weihrauch HW95k is a very well made rifle. just what you would expet from Weihrauch, it is a vert accurate rifle even at 30 yards.
    Mine is a .177 and I use accupell pellets and have an ags 3-9x40 scope, which make a good combination for hunting. it's also quite for a springer with the Weihrauch silencer.

    I have owned a Weihrauch HW 95K for over 3years, it is a lovely gun to use, not the most accurate at 30yrds but is still VERY credible. The gun is light, comfortable and a nice to handle. I have had no trouble with mine, and it is used often. Mine has an aftermarket silencer and a Hawke 3-9 50 scope with hawke sport high mounts, it is a lovely mix.

    The Weihrauch HW95k was my first air rifle and I found it very easy to use. I opted for the .177 version with the purpose of target shooting rather than hunting. Though I imagine it's easily as capable as the .22.

    I found the accuracy brilliant with a scope, it's very powerful, it looks great, and due to the solid German engineering will probably last forever. Enough said really. I would recommend it, you won't be dissappointed!

    The Weihrauch HW95k is a very impressive gun. I have killed rabbits,hares,rats,herons and loads of other vermin on my land. it shoots hard and fast , especially with my nikko stirling crown scopes. after i modified my gun with a ox spring you notice the difference in power before my modifications it usually took 2/3 pellets to kill a hare from 50 yards but now it takes one ,or two. i would highly recommend to buy this gun but do not install a ox Mainspring unless you have a firearms certificate ...

    Well the Weihrauch HW95k gun certainly does have power, i can kill a rabbit or a squirrel nice clean kill from about 60 yards, especialy when using the Gamehunter 16x mag scope. The Weihrauch HW95k is a very sturdy gun. as i have said i have taken it out in every weather extream and it has nt a scratch. it is accreate quiet and powerful. a good rifle but i personally prefer the BSA. i have used my rifle a lot. i have taken it out in the snow, the rain, the heat and mud and the rifle has proven ...

    An outstanding springer and my favorate air rifle, given the right combnation of shooter, pellet, (try logun, expensive, but worth it!) pateints and practise you can expect suprising, even silly long shots, certainly when supported, (my personnal favorate is a coke can at 100y) Hitting power is impressive, Adjustable two pressure trigger is lovely to use once mastered, smooth and gentle. Ohterwise i find, shots wonder off two o'clock.

    What a rifle the Weihrauch HW95k is, I think its one of the best spring rifles i have ever owned. I think its is very very acurate

    Brilliant gun, very very fun! would advise any one to buy it! An absolutly amazing gun. Very good silencer and really like he two stage trigger. Well worth buying.

    This rifle is very impressive. The two stage trigger is a really nice touch to the gun and I found the silencer to be very effective.
    A very very good rifle and very effective at popping off targets.

    After many years decided to have a go at the air rifle game again , Read a lot of mags etc then saw HW95K in a local shop, Put up this review page and was practically sold. Tried it for feel in the shop and that was it. I am in the grey zone now in age but I am holding my own on the club range against PCPs and all makes of Springer. Out in the woods and fields I can knock of bunnies at 30/40 yards, no problem,(could shoot further but don't want to get a badly hit bun suffer.) I contacted Hans on ...

    Gotta love the accuracy and the sheer kick it puts through you. For as little as £200 its well worth it. it was my first springer and i still have it. this is the Theoban Rapid of the springer world.

    gTHe Weihrauch HW95K is a great product a must buy, had mine for one year now and still as good when i bought it killed loads so accurate. Great gun with no bad points!
