“Fantistic Safe Trampoline from Premier Trampolines”

★★★★★

written by grinnersallround on 24/06/2012

Premier trampolines has a 15ft springless trampoline. we looked at other types of springless trampoline but this one was by far the best quality. The springless trampoline has a really thick net. the zipper is easy for the kids to use. The springs under the pad concerned me, my kids are young, under the pad is pretty soft and you also get the pad. The kids like the jump on it. the ladder make it really easy for the kdis to get in and get out. I ordered the trampoline on monday and had it by wednesday of the same week. Putting it up was easy. The book is pretty easy to follow but i watched the video they have online and that helped. As long as you follow the instructions and put it up on flat ground it went up without a hitch. We are really happy with the quality of the trampoline.

“ Seems easy enough to put together until you have to...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 29/04/2011

Seems easy enough to put together until you have to put the mat on.The instruction videos showed how 2 people is all you need for easy assembly was far from the truth. We paid a handy man a full days work at $60 an hour to help my husband assemble it and after all that the trampoline buckled 4 ft. off the ground on opposite legs. They undid it over and over all day following the instruction manual and video from their website they ended up with bleeding blisters on their hands and still the trampoline's legs were up in the air, it was supposed to be a surprise for my son's bday and it was devastating to see our kids heartbroken because we could not let them use it since it was HAZARDOUS and UNSAFE. When we called and spoke to Premier Trampolines,we were told that to fix the problem we need to have a guy who does assemblies for them come to our place, but we have to endure the cost of $180. Now it was their product which was faulty, why do we have to endure it's costs? After all their product was faulty, we had the right size mat and followed the instructions meticulously. We called PREMIER Trampoline a few times, originally they requested that we send photos and count if we had 90 springless springs which we did. We could not send photos because we were 45 minutes away from the nearest town which has internet. We were in our farm.We were given the impression that they would help us but when it was clear that something is wrong with their product, instead of sending someone to fix the problem apparently we had to pay for it because that's how they run their business. I told him, we are so disappointed, I asked him whatever happened to customer satisfaction, He said customer satisfaction is not one of their policies. It's not how they run their business. I just could not believe what I was hearing. They are liars and totally have no accountability for their products and how they run their company. It already cost us so much money transporting the trampoline from our house to our farm, handyman costs and then all that time and effort wasted and had to deal with mean, unprofessional management. For pure principle, I spent money for shipping returning the Hazardous trampoline back costing $280 just on courier alone. I was told that when they received the trampoline, I will be refunded the money for the trampoline and courier costs. So we sent it back, not in it's original packaging as it was damaged from the rain. The courier went to deliver it back to them but they refused to accept it "because it is not in it's original packaging and they cannot resell it" (Premier Trampoline. The owner of Premier Trampolines told me the packaging was damaged with parts hanging out and that's why she didn't accept it. This was a blatant lie, as we have photographic proof of the boxes when they left, and testimonial evidence from the courier at all stages of it's journey, including the statement the owner made to the courier who delivered it to her. We are now pursuing our refund through the Department of Fair Trading. My advice is never do business with Premier Trampolines in Geelong or buy this product if you don't want to end up with a massive hole in your pocket and hole in your head. They have no accountability for the cheap poor quality products they sell, they have appalling business ethics and are just building their business misleading families like us. This trampoline should not have been allowed to be sold in the Australian market. I fear for the children's safety out there. The base of this trampoline is so cheap and weak ,not solid or sturdy for any kid to jump on.It was out for only 4 days and it was already developing rust. It's only a matter of time a kid will be hurt out there with this cheap quality trampoline.

I find a lot of flaws in this persons review, somewhat rediculious... I have purchased one of this companies trampolines along with the Government organisation I work for researching this product thoroughly prior themselves also purchasing one for the purpose of raffling away for charity... My wife and I managed to put the 15ft Tramp together within 2hrs (given this was our first time ever assembling a trampoline) admitedly we relied upon the instructional video as well as the hardcopy instructions provided. I feel this person and their paid Handy Man maybe a little assembly challenged and short tempered??? We have four children aged 10yrs down to 3yrs old. Our kids give the 15ft tramp a dam good workout and im extremely pleased how the safety features provide top notch safety aspects "extremely secure". My kids use this everyday with positive results. I do not find it fair that you blame a company for you not being near a no internet access location as this was your choice to have a property in a remote area along with you choosing to transport the Trampoline between two locations prior to assembling. I was satisfied that their products are checked prior to dispatch and leave in brand New Condition. Of course the courier company whilst in transit or upon delivery would not admit responsibility just like when you have a car bingle "either party does not accept responsibility" highlighting that you moved the product between two locations yourself!!! Get a grip own up to you not assembling it properly and perhaps causing damage... Be an Honest Citizen and own up buyer... Your Wrong perhaps handle with care whilst you transport on your own accord long distances through rural or outback Australia and I notice you manged to find the time to use internet for your review... Im sure the company would have photographic proof of the product prior to dispatch along with appropriate paperwork ensuring the items sent are signed off as secure before courier transport... Show your photos buyer

You should sue Premier Trampolines, they have obviously breached the Australian Consumer Law. Trampolines should not buckle under any circumstance, that is extremely dangerous. It is obviously made of very cheap material. The public should be alerted about the danger of these trampolines, perhaps ACA or some popular news program. This trampoline should be recalled before somebody gets seriously injured.

I found this review very helpful because it is written by an honest customer, who obviously had a bad experience with this company.
The other comments are very defensive, and are obviously written by somebody from Premier Trampolines.

Hi Assembledfine or should I say Proprietor of Best Choice Imports trading under Premier Trampolines.

You have a reputation for deceiving customers, your trampolines are not safe and extremely poor quality.

Don't worry we are working closely with the ACCC to regulate a safety standard in the industry. Save yourself further humiliation and do the right thing and refund the money you owe.

I found this review not helpful because... I find the review flawed and the buyer fails to take responsibility for their own actions pertaining to assembly (or lack of) along with attempting to blame seller regardless of transporting long distances between two properties long distances apart in rural or outback remote area. Left the packaging out in the rain so lack of responsibility from buyer... SHAME on you TAKE OWNERSHIP and get a lesson in assembly or if you paid in the first place you would not have had issues in putting it together properly
