We contacted this company through an add on google and from then on all our worries ceased They agent [name removed] tailor made our holiday and even tweeked parts that we were not sure of.Her expertise allowed us to have the most fantastic holiday ever right from Rio d Janero and all over South America the hotels were maybe not 5* but they were all very comfortable and friendly. My wife and I have travelled the world, but we think our Brazilian Holiday was very, very special.That was due in no small to the thoroughness of our travel agency - Imagine Latin America. This firm were prepared to tailor the holiday to suit our needs. For example, they asked where we would like to go - in our case Rio, Iguazu, Amazon Area and Salvador. A tailmade tour of Costa Rica for two mid 60's travellers, arranged through Imagine Latin America, and detailing hotels, transport, trips and general experiences which we hope may assist others. Superbly organised mini tour of Brazil. Imagine Latin America were spot with the Mama Ruisa hotel in Rio and Pousada Naturalia on Ilha Grande. It's easy to get round both of these areas without doing 'organised tours' Both set in lush tropical grounds in perfect locations to all the places we wanted to see. The transfers were faultless and precisely on time and very relaxing as our normal holidays consist of a hire car, maps and trying to escape from rush hour in capital cities. Just a shame... We have just returned from a holiday in Guatemala and Belize organised by Imagine Latin America and I can't recommend them enough. From the planning stage to the actual trip Meike and her team were fabulous. Their knowledge and advice meant we visited places we wouldn't have known too and made the experience unforgettable. I really can't recommend Imagine Latin America enough. After having found a link to their website on RockmyWedding blog whilst planning my wedding and thinking about our honeymoon to South America - it was a match made in heaven. We were a group of 5 friends who recently travelled to South America for a 4 week holiday. We visited Brazil, Peru and Argentina. Imagine Latin America organised everything for us. I recently took a trip to Salta, Argentina arranged by Imagine Latin America. It was absolutely outstanding. The hotels were wonderful, the tours and guides were knowledgeable and enthusiastic and all the arrangements worked out exactly as planned. This is not an area that most tourists visit and I would recommend it highly. The landscape is beautiful and the people are very friendly. I booked a trip to Peru and Ecuador/Galapagos with Imagine Latin America after exploring various itineraries with other agents. We found ILA on the internet, made some tentative enquires and were supremely surprised to find contact within a few hours of registering our request. The organisation, the knowledable staff and the planning for the individual tours were quite excellent. The hotels in Peru were first class with Argentina and Brazil falling slightly behind. In all an excellent tour. Major criticism were the flights from Europe to S. America with Iberia Airlines. Any other flights would have been preferable (read more)

We have used this company twice now; once for a 14 day trip to Brazil and once for a 14 trip to Mexico. We will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them – particularly the lovely and highly efficient Meike. As we were new to both countries, we wanted to find a company that could suggest places that would give us a real insight in what the countries had to offer. Imagine Latin America organised a tailor made holiday for us and our friends from Australia, coordinating everything perfectly so that we could meet up in Peru. The organizers (Imagine Latin America) were efficient and on the ball from the word go. We were a school trip and had many requests, etc that needed organising and they were superb throughout the planning process. Katherine at ILA was absolutely brilliant when it came to putting together itineraries and costs for different options to Brazil. Not only did the overall cost come in cheaper than another Latin America travel specialist but we were also given better flight options. The whole booking process was made easy through ILA and they were quick to respond to any queries, especially when there was a potential issue (out of their control) at check-in in Brazil. My wife and I couldn't have enjoyed our trip to the Galapagos Islands any more - it was fantastic. The facilities on our ship the Odyssey were second to none. The cabin was very spacious and the food was far better than we expected. We had a brilliant time after arranging our travel to Argentina and Chile with Imagine Latin America. They designed a perfect itinerary for us and were so helpful with all my questions! Definitely better than booking a package. You certainly get great advice.
