I bought a pair of Sennheiser PMX 80 PMX80 Sport II headphones from these people. After three weeks they'd not arrived. I emailed them and they promised to put another pair in the post for next day delivery, which they did. The headphones worked ok for two weeks then broke. As per the warranty terms I contacted NiceCans who issued me with a prepaid returns barcode. I sent my headphones back and that's the last I've heard. I've written at least 6 emails asking for an update, all have been ignored. No reply whatsoever and no sign of my headphones. It's been over 5 months since I returned them. It's a bit sickening that a company can still be 'trading' like this. Avoid like the plague.

The title pretty much says it all - they've given me a ripoff item (didn't know it was) it broke first day I used it. Tried arranging a refund!? No reply! Wish I knew of this site before!

I ordered a set of headphones 3 weeks ago. They said the item has been shipped but I have not recieved anything. I have phoned and emailed them numerous times but have never had a reply. The only thing I wouldf recommend about this comapny is that you saty well clear.

I bought some earphones from this company. They were delivered quickly and I was a satisfied customer until a few months later when my earphones stopped working. They were in the first year warranty period and Sennheiser say that 1st year warranty claims are to be arranged via the company you bought from. I have been waiting for days for a reply to my email and telephone calls to no avail. I am now trying to arrange the repairs through Sennheiser directly but they are not responding either. I was just about to upgrade my earphones to another model via nicecans but thankfully I have found this review centre which helped me come to my senses and I will not be touching them with a barge poll. If I lived nearer to them I would be touching them with a baseball bat.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery, nothing. Waited 2 days for email reply, nothing. Writing this review and getting onto visa!

Please avoid this website and DON'T buy from it! They simply take your money and don't send what you have ordered. They don't even bother to reply your emails and complaints. I'm reporting it as possible fraud! Avoid and go elsewhere!

Took money and that's it! No item, no replies to my calls, emails!!! Never buy from them. Report them to police! Don't believe positive comments. Look ar their website - it's clear that they're fake!!!

I wish I had read other reviews first, avoid them like the plague. Quoted 5 days delivery, I got a notice it had been posted 13 days after paying for the item and missed getting a present in time for Christmas. I asked why but have not received a response. This seems to be the trend reading other reviews. You have been warned. Do not buy from them.

Bought a wireless controller on 10th December, received an e mail on the Wednesday before Christmas saying due into them Thursday and will send recorded delivery, I replied saying wasnt aware that out of stock and please deliver to home address etc. And no reply. No way to do business!!
