Do not buy from them. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have had!!! I am not alone do a little research and you will see. Inform His Partners
My recommendation as I did today is to contact directly his partners and let them know how this guy is considering his customers and as a consequence the poor image of their own brands such a partnership delivers.
My experience is the worst online experience I ever had. Ordered a staib mesh 149euros, and did ask for help or exchange for another one as my usual watchmaker did not succeed to shorten it on the first attempt.
First response "we don t understand you, find a "certified" watchmaker with emphasis on "certified". In addition he said "don t try to fool us".
I answered I needed explanation he gave as an answer. It worked but I had to tell him I needed the minimum respect a customer is supposed to receive. He answered his recommandation for me was "Our recommendation for you is to not buy online at all. You’re just too d.u.m.b!"... Let such brands as Vollmer-aristo, staib, hirsch, rios1931, ABP, Camille Fournet and Bergeon know about his attitude! You can find contact forms and email addresses on their websites.

I bought an alligator strap 19/16. Over 200 USD
It arrived with clear and correct return policies under EU law.
Returned item within 2 days (I had faculty for 14 days) and they refuse refund. No answer and worst experience online in my life.
Like robbers! and they care nothing for cross-border consumer policies and legislation.

Terrible Experience--avoid Watchstyle
This was by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. I purchased a $90 strap from Watchstyle believing it to be a professional retailer selling quality products. It was in fine condition, but I realized I had ordered the wrong size. My mistake. The invoice indicated they do not accept returns unless you request. I immediately filled out the form and also sent a polite email asking if I could exchange the strap for a different size. I acknowledged my mistake and said I would pay for all shipping. I received two more emails in response--one which said "We do not accept returns" and the second, which simply said in the subject line, in all caps: "SHUT IT UP DUMBASS>>>YOUR BANNED." I have never had such a poor experience or have been treated so rudely. This retailer should be prohibited from doing business. I have wasted $90. Do not purchase from Watchstyle, ever.
I am kicking myself for not checking reviews before sending off 150 euros to this delinquent. I had the same problem as you, and after two very polite emails which went unanswered I phoned up the German telephone number and spoke to Mr Kares himself. What a delight. He said he did not accept refunds unless the item was faulty. I pointed out that legislation on distance selling both in Germany and in the whole of the EU provides for a 14 day cooling off period during which the consumer can withdraw from the purchase and return the item and get a full refund. I asked him why he thought his company was exempt from this legislation - he would not tell me. Nor would he agree to send me an email where he would put his refusal in writing. I will be instructing my credit card company to refund the money to me and I will wait for him to contact me to ask for the strap back, Unbelievable rude person, How can a company like this continue to trade?? I have copied the emails to the German consumer advice association but doubt much will come of it, having read the other reviews on this forum!

Paid $130.00 dollars for a watch band. company charged my account and never delivered. They do not respond to my e-mails sent from there site. I sent 2 air mail letters to Germany {home base for company} and no response. I have ordered thousand of articles on line and never experienced a complete lack of customer service. Jay

I recognize that when buying from an online retailer one can't expect the same personal touch that you'd get from a good brick and mortar, but a recent experience with Watchstyle.com was incredibly bad.
I ordered a strap on Saturday from Watchstyle.com. This was the third strap I'd purchased from them, they have an excellent selection. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and immediately sent a message requesting that they change the order to the correct color. This was my fault, I ordered the wrong color. But their website doesn't provide any means of contact aside from a generic contact form. There is no email address listed, or phone number, or even a link to request a change in order.
I was in the process of sending a follow up message through their website on Monday when I received notification that the strap had shipped. I immediately sent a message asking if they had changed the color. I got a very prompt and curt response indicating that the color hadn't been changed. The final response that I got was this single line:
"You should really verify your order when you're asked for. We will not accept any return."
I felt it was a disappointing response. Again, the original mistake was mine, but Watchstyle.com hasn't provided a mechanism for correcting a mistake, or shown any interest in working with me as a customer.
To make matters worse Watchstyle shipped the wrong size strap. I contacted them immediately about returning the strap, or exchanging it for the correct size. It’s been three full business days. I'm still waiting for a response from the vendor.
What A Ripoff
Ordered watch band from Watchstyle.com. After three and a half weeks, no band. Emailed them wanting to know where band was. I get a response of "we don't want your business". "You are banned". WTH. I have never in my life seen since such disregard for the customer in my life. What a ripoff. Place an order, pay for it and no delivery. DO NOT USE WATCHSTYLE.COM

Very Disappointing
Same experience as the other reviewers. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Stupid. I ordered a strap in the wrong color. So I returned it, asking to replace it for the right color. At the bottom of the invoice it says you can return any item within two weeks without any reason. So no problem, I thought. But since then I heard nothing from WatchStyle. My e-mails are not replied, the telephone is not answered. Very disappointing. The site looks very professional, but they aren't. And I don't understand why. The first sending was OK. So they can deliver. Why making problems when customers return their goods? Why offend your customers that way. What is there to win. These few euro's? What are these compared to satisfied customers? It's a mystery to me.
Same experience here. Avoid Watchstyle and all the other watchstyle websites.

Can anyone tell me how to contact this company? I used there e-mail page on there web site to e-mail and found there address on there contact page.
