Its much easier than a paper manual to look up and you can expand text or diagrams within the viewer and bookmark/print out bits you need to use in/at the car. Having bought the excellent Peugeot Emanual I thought the Landcruiser (Toyota) manual would be similar but For instance how do you remove the starter motor, besides undoing the two bolts as mentioned in your Emanual?,See the US Toyota owners website to be informed of all the difficulties in removing same having undone the bolts!!! We purchased a online manual for one of our cars. The download would not work, I reqested a DVD, promised one but it never arrived. We filed a complaint and dispute with PAYPAL. Thank the Lord for PAYPAL. Within several hours PALPAY had our money in our PALPAY account. Then the company customer service manager send us a very insulting nasty email, call us "thevies", no good person. This all has been over the last 30 days. (read more)

PayPal didn't authorise the refund. We authorised it, otherwise it would've gone to an escalation. The issue was with your computer, not our website. As per our email to you, we have enough happy customers and enough reviews here to warrant your "ABSURD" silly comments with a pinch of salt.

Hi. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel that I must have a say on this product from emanulasonline. First off, if you’re not PC literate then this is not for you as what you have to do is to first download whats known as a VMWare and then load a separate / spare windows installation like an old WXP programme then you have to open the VMWare section and then point this at the saved manual on the main PC then you have to fill a lot of details about your car and theres loads of... According to the majority of the reviews this is an over exaggeration. We are always here to help and we resolve 99% of queries through our support system.
We even offer to do remote installations.
And the bottom line is, if the customer IS NOT happy we offer a no quible refund.

The manual is detailed and comprehensive. It seems to be more atune to a main dealer's workshop rather than one of those written by Haynes for the DIY owner. The diagrams are detailed but show part numbers. Any attempt to describe the "how and why" is absent. This I'm sure is typical of a dealer's workshop manual and should be expected. What a load of rubbish. We spent hours sorting the mess out on your PC initially and then installed the manual on top. And we left it in front of your eyes in a working state. A fully working state! Let me guess, you are still using this wonderful manual today. And you have your money back! And now you leave a negative review too. Find something better to do with your time will you! PLEASE!!!

I had to contact the support service he tried and failed after 3 hrs then he change something and tried again this time it downloaded but I cannot print a work sheet so I have to work from memory that makes it difficult if they would fix the downloading problem speed it up and make the file printable it would not be to bad (read more)

Except for using a seldom used, in the USA anyway, program to display the manual, once in, it is very easy to navigate and print diagram sheets etc. On a laptop the manual can be carried to the vehicle easier than an actual paper manual and diagrams enlarged to make seeing how-to easier. If we don't know what the problem, we can't help you. And if we can't help you obviously the issue is not going to be resolved, whatever it may be!
