Our dog has just had his second visit to Furry Tails. Our second visit was 13 months after the first one and he pulled to go in, he knew where he was and was perfectly happy to go in. We use Furry Tails as a sleep over for our dog because we are visitors to Cumbria from Devon so we take our dog out every morning and return him at night because our B&B doesn't take dogs. Every morning he pulls to go out with us and every night he pulls to go back in so we know he's happy and well cared for. As soon as we go in at night he has his supper and a sleep and then later on he's let out for a run round the paddock before bedtime. It's ideal and gives us peace of mind. A wonderful place, very large with large individual kennels big enough to take two large dogs - from the same family obviously - and the staff are very caring.

What a great find this kennels is. My dog has stayed twice and he loves it. What a comfort knowing he is being left in capable and caring hands. He gets plenty of exercise, is well cared for and gets lots of attention and stimulation. So difficult to find a place that can offer all of that for an large, active, intelligent breed. Even when there are lots of dogs booked in, each one seems to get personal attention. I don't know how they do it, but they make you feel like yours is the only dog in the world - what a rare and wonderful touch that is! No kennel smell when I collect him (an added bonus) and it is obvious that he loves being there so I never need to worry about him whilst I am enjoying my own holiday.

A fantastic place to leave our dogs. Large clean kennels and a personal touch not found at many larger commercial kennels. Our dogs had a great level of exercise and fresh air. We were totally confident in the owner and her knowledge of dogs. Their welfare was very much paramount and being able to leave four very different dogs with someone who knew what they were doing was a great relief to us! Would reccommend to anyone.
