I ordered flowers on Monday for delivery Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and still not arrived. I rang them and they promised to ring me back in a few minutes. After 2 hour's of waiting I rang back. Spoke to customer services who apologized and said that the flowers would be delivered by 5pm.. it's now 6.45pm and still no sign.. will demand my money back first thing in the morning. Ordered on a Wednesday for Friday delivery to place of work. No delivery by 3pm. Phoned and was told would be between 3-4pm. Still no delivery at 4.45pm and recipient going home at 5pm. Phoned again - was told were out for delivery, but would probably be there by 5pm. Told them recipient goes home at 5pm. Had to spoil surprise and tell recipient. contact consumer protection and trading standards or write a letter to Lilian FRose rerquesting reti
urn of your money within 14 days, If they failto respond, write again giving them a further 10 days to pay up and send the letter recorded delivery so the firm cannot say they never r4eceived it. Id this fails,take out a county court summons. It will cost yiu £80 but this will be added to the sum owed you.Keep a record of allexpnses you have incurred and you should also be reimbursed, The dfirm will not want to travel long distances to appear so you will get judgement against them and they will have to pay otherwise Bailiffs can seize their goods.Alternatively, if you paid by credit card you can launch a disputed payment and your card provider can claw the money back from the firm, but you must have documents etc to prove your dispute, Time for this firm to be goven a good rollicking. It is obvious they have been getting away with dodgy practices far too long

Thought this was a local florist in Southport as it was advertised with a local number. Ordered an £80 funeral wreath based on a picture on their website. This company's way of telling me that my same day flowers hadn't been delivered? A rather unprofessional text message at 10pm that day offering an upgrade. The excuse for this was that the florist didn't have the flowers available. I ordered at 11am- I should've been told this then. Ordered flowers as a "thank you". Advertises same day delivery on orders up to 3pm. I ordered at 2.50pm and therefore assumed when I heard nothing back that everything was ok. I called from Belgium, left on hold for 10 minutes and then I hung up. Called subsequently 4 times and each time they promised to call me back but never did. Credit card charged for €63, plus cost of calls, probably done close to €100 now. No apology or explanation. I asked for a refund but they send they need to speak to the actual florist first. Never ever order flowers from this company! Absolute shambles. I should have suspected something when their website excepted their own voucher code but didn't reduce the price as advertised. Downhill from there on. Waited all day for their next day delivery service as a surprise for my mums birthday, nothing turned up, no phone call or apology. I have never given a bad review to a florist before. I ordered flowers for deliver all the way from Canada. I inquired several times via email about the bouquet before delivery and they refused to respond. I NEVER heard from this company.
