If you REALLY hate someone, recommend they book their flights from this site. Otherwise, STEER as CLEAR of it as you POSSIBLY CAN! RUN! I tried to book a "local" flight here in the U.S. Things went well except unlike domestic U.S. travel sites, this one required my passport number. Ok. I gave my passport number and credit card number, filled all pertinent and personal info out in spaces provided. Hit "BUY" and the page disappeared entirely. HUH? This happened to me too. When u called the state for ur passport what they said? I don't trust these website at all don't know where should I call for my passport?

Really unreliable. They make administrative errors, don't tell you about them, jeopardise your chances of actually getting on the flight you think you've confirmed, try and up the price from what you'd agreed to pay, talk over you when you call them, hang up on you, take their phone of the hook – in short, I'll never use them again, and recommend no one else does, unless you can handle a lot of stress and heartache during what's meant to be the fun time of organising your holiday… Read Full Review

They play acting online as an online air ticket service. The only rescue was that I booked through Paypal who guarantee payments against fake, illegally operating schmuks!. I booked a flight through Paypal, the replied with an email that I needed to pay via transfer, and would not take the money from Paypal.......which they did. Edreams are only out to take your money .i paid for flights to Spain no emails confirming the flights just an email telling me to complete my booking and the price had gone up by fifty pounds..they had already taken the money out of my credit card.they ignored my emails and they would not answer there phones .credit card people cancelled my card and I was lucky enough to get a refund back .never ever use these people to book flights with .they are a nightmare and should be closed down… Read Full Review

“Incompetent or deliberately dishonest?”

It's very difficult not to draw the conclusion that you're being milked for every penny every time you contact edreams. Lots of additional charges and premium lines and lengthy holds for seemingly little reason (with no hold music or messages). I was typing this while I was "being transferred" and it has just cut me off after approx 10 minute wait. appalling customer service and not even able to arrange simple flights which I in the end booked directly with the airlines. They are quick in charging their 'administration fee' to your card and don't forget about the hidden costs when you need to call their call centre @ 10p a minute. I notice you experienced a similar issue with Edreams as me. I am doing all the necessary to get a refund from them and I see it as my task to prevent others from making the same mistake and buying a ticket with Edreams. Therefore, I created a Facebook group to increase pressure on them and I would like to invite you to join this group: “Edreams: you get a scheme while expecting a dream”.

Bought $60 in baggage for two bags on AirAsia. They would not give me an itemized receipt but when I called said that I never bought baggage, the extra $60 was a service fee (pretty steep for TERRIBLE SERVICE!). Didn't find that until I got to the AirAsia counter and they charged me $72 per bag. SHAME ON YOU EDREAMS. I bought tickets from them, on check out showing me £385, received an email and an invoice of £385 but when Ive checked my bank statement I was charged with £465. Simply a deceive and miss-selling. They don't have customer service number, the one they have is charges you £1.25/min and email they just simply don't respond. Edreams provided for a very, very bad experience - not to be recommended, unless you wish to lose quite a lot of money in vain... When booking a return flight (Brussels - Helsinki - Brussels) the total price for three persons was for the whole time of the booking about 680 EUR. But my wife, who did the reservation, did not notice that in the conditions there was a mention that "service fee" was not included in the price. eDreams is a dishonest bait and switch operation. They changed a price on me 24 hours AFTER confirmation, authorization of payment and confirmation.
