Don't book through this site - we tried to book a ticket and they asked us to EFT through the amount as the "credit card transaction didnt go through". We have had to cancel our card - save yourself the time and find a booking elsewhere. (read more)

“Charges: it's a rip-off”

I've just booked flights with eDreams and I now realize that this was a big mistake. They claim that they offer a discount, but during the final stages of the payment process, they actually add hefty charges to the ticket prices (37 Euro for us). They then simply book on the airline's website, without any added value. I've received confirmation from the airline (with the lower actual prices), but a quick search on the internet shows that eDreams often cause problems. It's too late for me... (read more)

“Worst customer service ”

Edreams is the worst company too deal with!!!! Half the F ppl don't even speak F English n if u live in North America ur F if something go wrong or u want too do any changes because they will not help u for nothing.... They told me "it's my problem not there's"... I will never ever deal with them n I hope they go bankrupt ...... If ur from North America don't book with them F there BS low price I'll pay more for less stress.... There is a reason why there price r so low because Ur service F... (read more)

I booked 2 airline tickets using edreams.com from Cyprus to South Africa and paid 1500Euros with Pay Pal. I was flying in 48 hours. 8 hours after I booked they still had not e mailed me my e tickets. I live in Cyprus and tried calling the numbers on their website and none worked. Eventually I found a number on their UK website I called the number and the lady told me I have to do a direct transfer (Even though they took the money from my first payment). After weeks of researching for a bugdet friendly flight, a friend recommended I check out Edreams. I was skeptical at first but was comfortable with the user friendly flight and found the perfect price for my flight. I did have a minor issue when I purchased my tickets I didnt get a confirmation emailed, so I contacted them right away. I used eDreams this past summer while I was studying abroad in Europe. The site was recommended to me by a fellow student, and I instantly feel in love with it! The flight search process is very easy, and you really can't beat the prices! I saved SO much by using eDreams. This summer, I'm going back to Europe and am definitely planning on using eDreams to book all of my flights. Why use another site when you can save time and money with eDreams? My friend recommended this site to me as I was travelling in Europe, the prices are really good and never had a problem with the site. I wasn't happy with the baggage fees but i understand it comes from the airlines. I wish we had an agency with all of those low cost airlines offers in the US. The charges when paying with credit card are crazy.. but even with those charges they do have the lowest prices! so I trust this site! (read more)
