After scouring the web I finally found decent quality at resonable prices at SWW. Order was easy with their online guide on how to measure. They contacted me about delivery, we organised a different day but the doors still turned up on the orignal date. Luckily it didn't mater at 7am and was still able to get into work on time. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE 600 SERIES DOOR UNITS. YOU NEED TO IN FUTURE MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE INSTRCTIONS IN THE PACK WHICH WAS A BIT OR A PAIN AND GUESSING GAME, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE QUALITY OF THE DOORS AND THE SLIDING MECHANISM WAS VERY GOOD AND SMOOTH. I contacted sliding wardrobes and sent pics and was told that they would replace them. We are really sorry to hear that you are upset/disatisfied. No matter how small the marks are, we are always happy to replace damaged doors if brought to our attention within 72 hours of delivery (which often means we are replacing doors damaged by installers). Compenstaion would have been much cheaper for us, so there must be some kind of misunderstanding, and we would never accuse a customer of purposefully damaging product, and then replace it 'free of charge'!! We purchased 3 made to measure sliding wardrobe doors plus all of the hanging rails and shelving to go inside. The order process was very easy, as was the delivery process which was followed up by good verbal communications. An excellent choice, I bought the 3 door special offer white frame with interior pack for £250 and it looks fab in the room. It is for widths of 2.24m but my room is 2.08m and it still looks really fab with the middle door slightly less visible on the back track.
