Tambowie Farm is a non working farm set in idyllic countryside near Milngavie, Glasgow. The bustling big city is only 8 miles away and transport is available to the charming capital Edinburgh. It is best to be a driver as the old town of Stirling, the gateway to the Highlands, is not far away and it is worth seeing beautiful Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. I am not a driver but was glad of the free transport to Milngavie each morning so that I could go further afield. Golfers can choose from... (read more)
