I would most definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking to lose weight but not wanting to resort to those strict diet plans that dictate every morsel you put into your mouth. THAT is not the idea of this book. the idea of this book is to show you you can eat healthy without the diet plans,and that you can swap restaurant versions of,say, Macaroni and cheese from the cheesecake factory, for homemade macaroni and cheese. 1,462 calories for mac and cheese from the cheesecake...
