Never have I seen the NHS in such a mess. My family moved to Shirley over a year ago. We registered with this surgery as it was close by, and thought that it would benefit us. After filling out the forms in order to change from our previous surgery, I was told that they had recieved my records. Out of the 4 of us, they only managed to find my records. Months after chasing them up about it, my sister finally got her records transferred over.
