After looking for days on the internet for the best rate, i came across this campany. They done just what i was looking for which was to exchange £2000 cash for us dollars over the counter. All i had to do was order the money the day before without paying a penny and then just go to pick it up the day which was perfect. They also gave us the better rate as it had gone up slightly. “Shocking customer service-ordering euros online”

Ordered my euros on Saturday and made payment via bank transfer as requested, wasn't too worried as it says you won't hear until Monday , received email Sunday advising payment not received, tried to call but closed. My bank confirmed payment had been sent, emailed convent garden fx, got a reply telling me not to stress they hadn't checked due to the Olympics, and they would check later that day or in the morning. I came across Covent Garden FX after conducting a search for currency exchange on travel supermarket.com. The company had great reviews however due to the fact that I had never bought currency via the internet before I was initially a bit sceptical about using them, but after shopping around the exchange rate offered was the best that I could find. I don't travel offten but when i do i go away for a while! and usually need quite a large sum of money to take with me. Covent Garden FX always try to do their best to give their loyal cutomers the best possible rate. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else now, even though i'm moving out of london the will deliver to your home address next day delivery! I hope 2012 brings them a lot of business! For someone like me who is often popping in and out of the country, I hate nothing more than losing money in exchange. So I fell upon this little bureau while I was shopping in Covent Garden called Covent Garden FX and they have provided me with the best euro rates. Gone are the days when I go to the Post Office or buy money from an airport. I even arranged to have my next order delivered by Royal Mail special delivery. All in all, great value (read more)
