This web site does not seem to publish many bad / poor reviews which makes me wonder whether they are being sponsored by some of these poor performing companies. I have personally attempted to post several reviews on this web site - without success. There are many good review web sites which can be trusted. This is not one of them! (read more)

FoxTranslate was so horrible that a few months ago, they had to completely rebrand their company and change domains because there were too many complaints about their service. In a matter of a couple of months the company has been able to generate 260+ 5-star reviews on the TrustPilot system. There is nothing trustworthy about FoxTranslate or Rev. Not only do they lie about providing accurate translations, they also lie about being located in San Francisco. They don't even have any U.S.... (read more)

I have two problems with trustpilot: (1) I do not trust the reviews and (2) You have to join up via Facebook and I do not trust any site that will only allow access if you hand them the key to your Facebook page. Why? Facebook is not exactly a safe and secure environment and I would question why a company needs you to provide access to your 'wall' in order to leave a probably unrelated to Facebook review about a Company. Hi, I complained to trustpilot because I believe that many of the positive reviews about topcashback.co.uk are false and submitted by topcashback. All trustpilot did was to remove my true negative comment and ban me from their website. They may be trying to cover up their guilt. I would not trust any review you read on their website. A while ago I created a demo account and collected some reviews from my customers. I didn't carry on working with them because I asked them 3 times through email to send me a quote for their services and they failed to answer me. But I noticed that I was receiving reviews written in English language from non customers, and those reviews were saying that my services are amazing and so on, so obviously false reviews to increase my average rating. Trustpilot is more partial than Sa-Damn! The people they eat money from won’t let write bad reviews about them, and you can also many other which are fraudulent good reviews they write themselves for companies. I recently had an issue it a company PCBuyIt.co.uk and wrote my review (bad of course but no offensive words), it was censored same day and didn't show up anymore, hours later same day after my complaint it showed up again, censored but with a "moderating" status,... Trust pilot remove positive reviews from non-paying companies and remove negitive reviews from paying companys. So in short, they force people to pay for there corrupt service. We went from a 4 out of 5 company to a 2 out of 5 company overnight as Trust Pilot decided our positive reviews were all fake (that's over 2 years of reviews removed over night). Having waited much longer than expected for some trial frames I thought I had best research more thoroughly online, prior to making a purchase. I have no faith in Trustpilot whatsoever. I recently reviewed a site that supplied my girlfriend with a counterfeit Chanel product. After a very short time, they blocked my review, pending further investigation. They requested proof of purchase from me in the form of a sales invoice before they would legitimise my review. Trustpilot own users have commented that Trustpilot is a breeding ground for negative reviews, which companies then must pay to respond to. If you see any company listed on Trustpilot with a high score, plus 9 out of 10, the company pretty much is either 'exceptional' which is very rare in 2012 or has paid for the privilege of getting good reviews.
