My wonderful husband looked at several retreats for me before booking this, he even went round them all and looked, but this he said was by far the best. He treated me to the Pamper for Two at Bluewater. We were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary - we were spoilt from the moment we walked in. Im friends with a member of staff who works within one of the concessions at Bentalls - Kingston. Apparently its common knowledge that the supervisor/manager has no real understanding how to run a Spa or Skin Treatment Centre. I was looking to purchase myself a treatment not to long ago, however after speaking to my friend I am of the understanding that they are going through numerous court cases. Today I had a truely relaxing experience in the True skin spa in Blue water. After a hard day xmas shopping I treated myself to a Fassage, a facial and massage, 90 minutes of indulgence. The spa is a hidden gem and once inside, the decor and relaxing atmosphere transported me a million miles away from the busy bluewater shops. Where to start with this place?! After an initial good experience with a complimentry skin analysis, I was then bombarded constantly at the end of each month with "special one off offers" most of which were offering 50% off all treatment courses so I can only assume the therapists were on commission. These were then followed up by countless phone calls, in particular these were coming from their current clinic supervisor - they seem to have a new manager every month - pressurising me to... I have had 5 laser appointments at the kingston branch with 4 different staff (they all seem to move on). This is a negative experience for the customer as each therapist is different and i get different opinions on what levels the settings should be (eg the first therapist slapped on aloe before treatments, the second said aloe was not required and took half an hour to do each leg.... the third did the both legs in 20min! I have been visiting Trueskin in Tunbridge Wells for a few months. I have had laser treatment on my face and hands for thread veins and age spots - it really works. I am 59 years old and no longer need to wear foundation! I also use their skin products and have noticed a remarkable improvement. I took up an offer of a skin peel + 1 free which I have yet to have. “Laser Hair Removal”

I have now had my second session of laser hair removal and I am really pleased with the outcome. My hair normally grows back 2 days after shaving but it has been a week and I have had the odd hair. Even though it is slightly painfull I would defintely consider having other areas of my body lasered after my course has finished. (read more)

I went to Trueskin at my wits end with having tried products that just irritated my very sensitive and sore and blemished skin, having suffered badly for the last 3 years. For my first visit the therapist was really helpful, didn't make me feel self-concious and took time to understand my concerns and asked all the right questions very naturally. I am only into 2 of 6 treatments but so far my experience has been good. There is an element of sales talk about the products that might benefit your treatment but I have not experienced any pressure, you are free to make your own commitment to any further purchases. The treatments I have received have been pleasant, relaxing and hopeful, as I say only 2 of the 6, yet experienced, threid vein and rejuvenation results yet to be determined. (read more)

I had bad acne scarring on jaw line which left me with deep scars that were easily congested I required monthly extraction facials as the blackheads formed quite quickly. I have had a number of MDA facials at different clinic in the past and not only have the results with Trueskin been the best, their prices are also very affordable. Very professional therapists yet still very friendly and approachable.Are not guilty of overselling.
I had a microdermabrasion and a dermaroller treatment.I found the dermaroller fairly uncomfortable but the results were truly amazing.Several of my friends commented on how good my skin looked and what had I done to it.However I think the treatment itself would be better if the therapists advice the clients to use Emla cream on the face before having it done which would reduce the discomfort.

I visited Trueskin a few months ago after coming across them in Bentalls Department store, Kingston. Trueskin offer a free skin analysis using a scanner (similar to ones on the TV makeover programs). I found the results of the scan really interesting because in the past I have been told conflicting information from other beauty clinics about what type of skin I have.
