Ordered next day delivery on a Thursday and it arrived in the morning the next day, didn't think it would arrive because of rain, but it did. Just what I needed for holidays, prices are amazing and beats anything that high streets opticians offer. The lenses are the exact same quality as what opticians order except they hold it in stocks. I would definitely use it again, but would buy more than a box of lenses. (read more)

When I first contacted Lenstore.co.uk it was because my previous supplier now were going to charge me a lot of extra money AND I was going to have to wait for 3 weeks while they got them - if they could get them - from the US. I googled Lenstore, and not only got to speak to a real live person, but also an extremely helpful one. Though not recommended, I was down to my last pair of lenses and have not had a chance to have an updated eye test. The optitian could not make me an appointment within the next 3 weeks ,as they cancelled my existing appointment yesterday, because the optitian was ill. I thought your website was great. The look and feel, even down to the fonts used for registering were just spot on! I found the lenses I needed straight away and registering and paying couldn't have been simpler, BUT, when I was registering my card for payment, I couldn't help flinching at the words "expiration date". Overall the experience was good, except that it does not say on the website that your FIRST order can take some time because Tesco Opticians have to contact your optician. It has taken nearly 2 weeks to get this order confirmed (admittedly because my optician would not play ball) but had I known that I would have ordered much, much earlier. Very reasonable prices and fast delivery. I have ordered several times. I like the way it keeps the order history so it is easy to refill an order without having to check my prescription again and again. My only suggestion for an improvement would be for the website to allow you to have more than one delivery address so that I can choose per order, without having to replace the details of the previous delivery address. I have been using Lenstore for over a year now. I find it so easy to make my orders and I haven't been able to find the lenses I use (Air Optex for Astigmatism) cheaper on any other site. I have found that if I order in the evening the order sometimes gets shipped out the next day and I've also been fortunate on acasions to get receive the standerad delivery within 2 working days. Erm, Expiration IS correct for both instances.
