“Slow and not able to help”

The promised 24 hours to unlock my phone didn't get met. First an email querying the IMEI number provided (which was not appreciated as I am very careful about such things) which I responded to very quickly stating that if an unlock code could not be provided then a refund would be appreciated and then an acknowledgement of failure but offering three options when I had already asked for a refund. We are always striving to be the best when it comes to support. When a phone accepts our unlock code, it unlocked the security settings of the phone that kept the phone locked. With that said, it can accept any GSM type SIM cards of your choice. Please check if your SIM card is activated and if it si supported by the phone.

Read the fine print, No refunds ! I bought the codes for my phone but every time I had the first few numbers in my phone would reboot automatically. I took it to the carrier's company store and was told it was a trick and had to buy a New phone. Sent a copy of the receipt n kindly asked for a refund and was told I should of read the fine print. I followed the log in details to pay for and select my phone type. All went well and I received my quote. That's as far as I got. The directions did not cover my phone specifically, they were very generic. My phone did not follow any of the generic prompts and I proceeded to email customer support. They did absolutely nothing and just told me to call my carrier. No instructions, no troubleshooting, nothing at all. “You gave me the wrong code”

When selecting the network type to unlock, your list DID NOT have Telstra listed even though the handset description CLEARLY stated my model is a Blackberry Torch 9800 Telstra. Also, you didn't send me any link to instructions for unlocking this type of handset. The instructions state to go to a Settings menu. I had to enter the IEMI of the phone in the first place to order an unlock code, then again after paying to actually get the code. This would have been annoying enough, but far worse is the fact that the code didn't work! I sent an email but have not heard anything back. I recently wanted to unlock my Samsung Rugby 2 with them. They sold me at 32$. 1 day later they came back with a problem and purpose me to do it at 18$ more. As I wanted to be refunded, I never heard anything from them after that... will never do business with them again. Too bad... Last thing, I were able to find another site who did it for only 20$.
