not a place to recommend at all. The staff needs manners first before customers even start appreciating food. The food was very basic in taste and texture. The gravies were stale - you could tell. Hope the management is listening.

They placed us (a group with 2 babies) near the door and refused to give us a table inside. They knocked my lassi on the table and never replaced it but charged me full price for it. I asked for a coke 3 times but it never came. The food took 2h to come. There was hair in my naan. After 10 minutes of serving the food they took all the plates away. We asked how long desert would take to come if we order and the abnoxious waiter turned his back and went away. Will NEVER go again

I attended a short time ago for my birthday celebration supper and might only state that this place is exceptional, Divin, delectable, pleasing. There probably aren't enough adjectives to go into detail this places quality.there were starters, mains and desserts and all sorts of four people had practically nothing to complain about, for my children, that claims a lot and we were still discussing on the subject of how good it turned out this morning. Our waitress was talkative and shared his thought on the menu which is something I a great deal truly appreciate and the chef turned out to communicate in to us that is certainly something I wish more places would do due to the fact it shows a concern and appreciation with the customers.Service was friendly and experienced too. A wine was recommended for the dishes we had chosen and bread, butter and water was proferred rapidly.Mains included a variety of dishes, I don't recall what everyone had as most of us started sharing food that has a delighted promiscuity. To get perfectly honest, I assume this is my new favourite restaurant.

Clay oven is a great Indian restaurant that serves authentic north Indian style food. The food is well made with a wide choice on the menu and is not swimming in oil. The spices are just right appealing to a variety of palettes. The atmosphere is relaxed and can get lively at peak times. Staff are friendly and courteous. I recommend the lamb tikka masala and the garlic king prawn starter is to die for, reminds me of being at a barbecue at the beach. This branch is on the Broadway in Ealing but there are larger banqueting suites in Alperton, London. I also had Clay Oven do the catering at my wedding, although that time is was a bit spicy, I enjoyed the food even on a larger scale. If you use their catering services, they will invite you to a dinner & dance to try a selection of their food helping you choose.
