I have had dogs and pet insurance for nearly 30 years and this is the worst pet insurance company I have dealt with. Keep telling us faxed forms not received when vet has positive sent reports. Even got throught to claims office and was told to ring back because not able to speak to me although I established I was speaking to a claims advisor. Keep clear. (read more)
