i've found dealing with NDR a pleasant experience (even though it's dealing with unpleasant debt), however i do think information flow could be improved. i would like to receive a detailed breakdown of payments ie: what has been paid, interest, how much is due to be paid, when payment is due for completion etc etc... I was paralised with the debt I had accumilated when trying to run a small business, I couldn't make agreed bank repayments and did not have the means to pay off the debt. I was in crisis and didn't know where to turn. I made a number of phone calls and sent numerours emails to financial management companies which were arrogant, unhelpful and wanted alot of money upfront and on a weekly basis to handle my affairs....if I had what they were looking for I would have been making my monthly bank... I came upon National Debt Relief last April after searching out avenues to reduce my financial difficulty. I had avoided going down this road as I thought I could sort my financial problems out myself. Good range of different types of contact lenses at really good prices - much cheaper than in the shops. Delivery can take up to 21 days - and it did in my case, which is quite a while to wait. But its worth it for the price savings! (read more)
