KSoo poor! Badly treated as I was misinformed about placing a bet for 700 pound they told me I had a bonus for 200 which I could use but had to do 2 bets one for 5 and the other for 2. When I took it out I lost the bonus and the winnings I'm now out 460 in winnings as I told the women I wanted the bet for 700 as I wanted 1600 back me being a nice guy I said I was happy for them to credit me back my 200 bonus not the 460 I won in the first place. Bet365 is one of many betting sites, its not the best but its not the worst. The site is easy to use, and user friendly. Its easy to place bets and keep up to date with you bets and statements etc Depending on the odds of the bets, its a good site. (read more)

Terrible customer service provided by these guys via live chat and even when their website team personally called me, rude and clueless. Decent odds though and the site is functional. Would Not really recommend them as a company though. (read more)

I would not have used this online bookies if it had not been for the "£200 free bet" introductory offer. Beware of this.

I had to phone up and ask for the free bet, which turned out to be a match of your deposit, up to £200. So I transferred £80 on to the account and eventually got £80 worth of free bets. Fine.

After one race I ended up with a balance of £270. However, as half of the winnings had been made using the free bet offer, I was only able to withdraw half of my winnings. Unless I... (read more)
