Put £10 each way on Big Shu Wednesday Night online at Paddy Power. I hit confirmation button Horse won at 14/1 Stunned no winnings in account. No saign of my bet. Contacted them live online but no joy they just told me they hadn't received the bet. Told them I was closing account, they facilitated it right away, didn't try to keep me. The Paddy Power App cannot be trusted - it's official! I have tolerated numerous technical issues in the past with this App which have prevented me placing and confirming bets especially when a popular sports event is in running. Until yesterday the App has always prevented me from placing a bet if the system is down for whatever reason. The PaddyPower Sportsbook section is quite user-friendly and is extremely comprehensive in terms of the events that it covers. However, when compared to other websites such as William Hill, it is not as user-friendly as other similar sites. When scrolling down through the sections on the site, it can be quite slow and, when compared to William Hill, can be quite difficult to navigate through. The Paddy Power website is very user friendly, everything is there for the eye to see and you never have to do too much to get to the bet that you want to find. It is a very reliable website, have never had any problems with delays on it, meaning if I am in a rush to place a bet, the paddy power website is quick to respond. It is also a very secure website. Paddy Power is my favourite of all betting sites, layout is clean, very simple to use. I usually bet on football and generally prefer outright match bets, I find the process very easy. Accounts section is also well structured. I also receive the odd free bet which is always appreciated, have no interest in the casino side of things though, that all scares me a bit. (read more)

I have used PP.com for a number of years and have never had any issues with the site. I use it mostly for sports betting and playing poker. Bets are paid out in a timely fashion and the odds seem just as attractive as comparable sites. The money back specials are also attractive for big sporting events. The fluidity of the website is not up to standard and hasn't been for quite some time. The promotions offered and not overly appealing as they require in most cases huge stakes for minimal bonus'. I think very little is being offered to loyal customers giving 10, 20 or 30 euro a week to pp. Same regular bets all add up and the customer should be rewarded for this. On the other hand the selection you provide is excellent whatwith a marvelous choice to suit everybodys interests. (read more)

I like betting with Paddy Power online as I find it a very user friendly site. I'm not great with computers in all honesty so I've always found that Paddy Power is the easiest betting website to navigate. The array of sports & events that PP offer to bet on, is pretty staggering. Sports that I follow particularly, such as golf, rugby & soccer are very well covered, down to incredible detail. 28/04/2012. A horse called Une Artiste was due to take place in a race at Punchestown. It was the favourite of the race. Many people betted on that selection. Unfortunately, BEFORE the race was just about to begin, the horse refused to race. This then makes the horse called as a NON RUNNER and the bet should have been refunded as it was suppose to be void. SkyBet refunded their customers whilst Bet365 awarded their customers a free bet equivalent to their stake. Terrible bookies! (read more)
