Agreed with other reviewer, and it isn't stated anywhere in the terms and agreement or policy. Guess who's not respecting the "contract"/agreement. I thought contracts were agreed upon by both parties engaging in such an agreement, I guess this does not apply to Alexa.com . (read more)

Alexa is a company with terrible customer service. Whatever you do, don't sign up for their services (even free ones). Once you're into their system they won't delete your account for any reason, which means that your username (and in some cases your contact details) remain public in perpetuity. Note that this is something they don't tell you when you sign up!

Do not sign up for Alexa; avoid, avoid, avoid.
