“Excellent Service ”

I ordered a D.I.Y colour change kit and the screen was faulty. I emailed them to raise concern and sent the phone in for them to have a look at. They replaced the screen and also some of the screws I had damaged inside the phone free of charge. Phone looks great and It took them under a week to get the phone back to me. I would recommend that customers check their junk email folder for response from them as I initially thought I was being ignored but it was actually my error for not checking... (read more)

I am happy to report an exceptional level of customer service from this company. They were quick, reliable, friendly and extremely helpful. They are also very knowledgeable and go above and beyond what you would expect from such a firm. I've already recommended them to several friends as it's so nice to have such a positive experience. “iPhone 3GS Battery Replacement”

Posted out on Wednesday and received back on Friday. The battery replacement has restored my 3GS to a fully working condition. Service was very good and they even fixed a poorly fitting bezel at the same time :-) Would have like the quoted prices to have included return postage so be prepared to add £7 to your costs. I ordered the blue iPhone 4S colour change and was very pleased with the result. 3-day turnaround, the returned phone looked classy and genuine and the Retina display was maintained. What's more, I managed to crack the front panel after a few weeks but after some very understanding correspondence, iPhoneFixed agreed to repair the damage for free. Well, keep it short. I've tried all the competitors of this company and I've experienced a very rude conversations with the director of the company or being very little helpful overall. With this guys, iPhoneFixed, you wont lose , be disappointed or completely **** ***, the service and quality they are providing is just outstanding. Don't even bother with trying to get a better deal on eBay and save lets say £10, not worth it at all, unless you looking for a quick phone sale then... (read more)

Recently tried to have my iPhone repaired using the insurance I get through my bank account with Natwest and was told the access is now £100 regardless of the claim details. I only need a new back screen and a part removed from the headphone jack. I found iPhonefixed online and emailed a description of my problem and they recommended the diagnostic repair option, as well as a replacement back screen, for less than a third of my insurance access, delivery included. I have purchased the Electro-Blue and the Baby-Blue iPhone 4 DIY conversion kits from this company, also a new rear camera module and a couple of home buttons, to say the service I received was absolutely great would be an understatement! I shopped around having experienced a previously dire iphone repair. These people made me feel like my phone would be in good hands, despite my fear of sending it off to Cardiff. They fixed my home and power buttons and my phone is as good as new. I left off review writing for a couple of weeks, just to be sure my phone didn't fall to bits or explode, and it is still performing brilliantly. Excellent service and very professional. I dropped my phone off in the morning and by 2.30 I received an email saying the phone was ready for collection. I was kept informed by email throughout the day about progress with the repair. When I picked it up it was as good as new, and very well packaged. I even received the postage back same day as i had dropped it iff and picked it up. I cannot recommend iPhoneFixed enough. (read more)

I deiced to let my friend try and fix my phone, well whilst doing this they when up breaking the whole inside of my phone. I sent off to these guys it was great! The emails telling me what was going on was so good I felt like I knew what was going bit by bit. I wouldn't trust anyone else to fix my iPhone or iPad if a problem came up. Sent my iPhone 4s to iPhonefixed, was so happy when it arrived back, i had ordered a colour change and was worried at first on how it would turn out, i must say my fears were unfounded, amazing colour change from white to red, i was shocked, it looks like a brand new phone! We sent in a white iphone 4 with a smashed back glass panel. Phone was repaired perfectly and quickly. An issue cropped up following the repair with the camera not taking photos with the flash on (just took a blue-white blur photo!), but a quick email to iphonefixed sorted it out - there was simply a protective film membrane covering the lens, which apparently is why a lot of white iphone cameras dont work with the flash on as they were never prepared fully for sale, and this hidden... Excellent service. I'm very happy to recommend it to anyone who has a problem with their iPhone and I wont hesitate to use if again if I experience other problems with my iPhone in the future. I was worried about sending my phone to someone I didn't know but was informed all the way by text, phone calls and emails. Got phone back good as new and in quick time.
This web site is a real find.
