I have been very pleased with every aspect of the service that I have received. They always listen carefully to my needs and requests and give me very good advice on my business insurance requirements, which are often involved and complicated.
However, that said, "the proof of the pudding is in the eating" and when I have had claims, they have always been settled both swiftly and I have been very happy with the settlement amount.
