“Meaco DD122FW - faulty straight @ 13th month .....”

Got teh Meaco DD122FW delivered in jan 2011. It stopped working immediately as we went into the 13th mont. Contacted the re-seller on many occasions, Aircon 247 couldn't ever be bothered to come back to me. I really shpuld not have thrown it out because EU regualtions keep retailers responsible for faulty goods 24 months - yest 2 YEARS ! So shoudl eitehr ahve had repair offered, replacement or at least a refund, even if not the total intial coats. Shall keep this in mind!! In the meantime... (read more)

Poor quality product and unreliable seller.

I bought this DD122FWklV dehumidifier on the 15th of November of 2010. It became faulty on the 10th of February 2011; AN APPLIANCE THAT IS LESS THAN 3 MONTHS OLD! Twice Meaco said that they would organize a pickup for the faulty appliance and repair it. Nobody ever showed up. In addition to the frustration of paying £160.00 for a useless dehumidifier, Meaco made me waste two entire days waiting for couriers who never appeared. Now I have made a... (read more)
