The delivery company that Danz uses informed Danz o the day of the delivery that their van had broken down, as i was having the Spa craned over my house, it was imperative that they delivered on that date. I called Danz and they sorted it all out with very little fuss. There was one item missing from the delivery, informed Danz and shipped it out next day. After plenty of research we chose the Ultimate Spa and have been more than pleased with the choice that we made. We were slightly concerned about spending such a large amount of money online however the staff at DanZ Spa were always honest, helpful and professional. “Ultimate Spa all at an Ultimate Price with Ulitmate...”

We have had a hot tub for a few years now, but when we moved house we left it at our old house. So after a lot of searching and research we bought the ‘Ultimate Spa’ from DanZ Spas. Even though the hot tub was considerably cheaper than many others I looked at, I can confirm it is a fantastic quality spa, and I could not be happier with it! Goods: Good tub. Good service, great value, a fraction of the price I could buy for somewhere else. The jets were a lot more powerful than I thought they would be for this price. Bad: Manual was a little bit out of date but I am told they on the case with updating this. DanZ don't have a showroom so you can't see before you buy. One word - a bargain.. Its the cheapest spa I've brought (and I've had 3 in my time) but it's also got better insulation, more jets and more lights than any other spa I have had before. It's not the cheapest thing to run though, it will probably cost £30/£40 per month to maintain based on an evenings use 3 or 4 times a week. DanZ staff have been very helpful and professional.
