I purchased the new 830 sewing computer 3 months ago. Very disappointed!

The biggest disappointment is the awful 'bobbin mechanism design'.
It is no way as easy to thread, which has to be done in situ, as shown their video clips, which are totally misleading.

Bernina supply a white plastic dentists mirror which you have to use to check that the lower thread has gone under a thin metal clip.

Jumbo bobbin is made from nasty thin plastic.
