I've used these guys twice now and their customer service has been excellent both times.

In the first case i bought a jacket that was too big (my fault not theirs) which was exchanged with very little hassle and very quickly for the right size.

The second time was to buy a backpack. I rang to explain that i had been let down by another internet company and needed my bag by Thursday - the order was placed on the Monday by 4.30 and i have a tracking no. that shows it 'In Progress' up in... (read more)
