An interesting menu compliments a brilliantly refurbished establishment right on the river Thames that is well designed and sets what should have been a good night. The food was perfectly good for the price but the service was absolutely terrible. No warm welcome, no manners or niceities when served and when deserts were finally offered the menus were literally stuck in our faces! They could have made so much more money from us if they'd tempted us with breads to be getting on with or even a coffee before the bill was brought and just by being plain nicer to their patrons (where a tip would have been offered) but they seemed to have no interest in provide any decency and service. When I tried to discuss the issues with the manager she carried the same careless attitude and even started arguing with me. They have no idea and the owners really should wake up to this as the place has potential. But we won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Shame
