I appreciate the way this team is working to offer the best possible service in terms of facilitating customers and presenting the widest range of tickets, still I would suggest them to develop a mechanism for keeping a check on the price of tickets being sold. Some of the sellers would demand too much. I have recently purchase 4 tickets for Manchester City clash and I feel that I could have purchased 6 six tickets in the same price. What I have seen significant in this team is the fact that they are very modest in their dealings. They were very efficient in cashing in the money and that was the only correspondence we received from them that they had debited my credit card. I use them to buy 2 tickets back in December, everything seems fine you get a email saying they will be dispatched soon, a few days before the game I still haven't received the tickets so tried to call both numbers on the website no answer on both, I then sent a few emails and I got nothing back. Although the website accepted the buyer's money, the money was kept by the website. You (the seller) will not get your money, so under no circumstances would I advise using the website.
