I have placed this order (Order No. 3003MUK3093706) with amount Rs.399 in one of so called Asia's Largest website www.firstcry.com, which is doing good in making fool of people. I want to bring your knowledge that I am completely dissatisfy with the quality of product delivered by firstcry. And to my surprise the Customer Care representative of firstcry are so pathetic that they don't even want to listen my problem. NO, PLS do not buy here. they deliver faulty products and never ever entertain any returns. frauds and cheaters. pls do not waste your money. discounts are cause of major defects in the product

“Firstcry-Extremely bad, don't buy anything here”

My very first experience has been a nightmare. I had ordered for 3 pieces of clothing from first cry. I received a courier (first flight- who delivered only after repeated calls to them) which contained only 1 piece of clothing. When I complained to First cry about this omission, they said they had a problem at the warehouse level and they are sending the other 2 clothes. Firstcry.com is very bad in service and even in price is high side. now a days im scared to order anything in firstcry.com, in delivery part also they will take their own time to deliver. i got very worst experience.

“Firtcry make you cry forever”

Have ordered toy from firstcry. For a week the packet was not delivered and customer services at firstcry kept blaming the courier company. After one week they said that the packet has returned by the courier services. The tracking no given by frist cry never worked and the customer services was extremely irresponsive. The request to call back was never entertained. Extremely pathetic services quality.Strong advise is to stay away from such fly by night operators. My order no was... (read more)

Please post a correct picture, please mention the demand you made as soon as you placed an order with us. You wanted the order to be delivered in a flat 4 hours time and after we informed that it would not be possible you started abusing the team as well as the co -founders of the company.

NO ONLINE COMPANY WILL DELIVER PRODUCTS TO YOUR ADDRESS IN 4 HOURS.

Firstcry.com is my favorite website for all baby product shopping. The best thing about this website is that they have a wide range of products which includes brands that u don't find easily in India. Websites like these make shopping so easy for working moms like me. As stated, the Products reach me within 2 working days. Must say they're really quick! I was a regular customer of Firstcry.com since more than a year but now I feel that price has been increase too much compared to last few months. No more good discount coupon. Earlier shipping was free on or above 100, then it was 250 in few months and now it it 350. This is too much. I used to recomend my friend but not I have stop doing that.
