I among others was with In touch for 8 months. I have been in regular contact with them and assured all was well and everything was being paid? It has now come to light that none of my debts have been paid since July 2011? Which amounts to £600 I have paid into nothing? Which isn't really what you want when trying to clear debts? I have been advised the only way I am likely to see any of this money again is if I find out who the liquidator of the firm is? I am also being hounded by No debt now who origionally said they took over all clients from Intouch but now have realised there is a problem and are saying they are nothing to do with them. I am at critical point and do not know where to turn? Can anyone offer any help of advise?

NEVER use this intouch financial soultions and NEVER use non DEMSA regulated companies.I have paid this stupid company £700 to them for my creditors out of which not even a 100 was paid to my creditors!i have been chasing them for my money back but they wont even reply.they were so friendly and talking to me as if this is their problem but once i made the first payment, that was it.they changed. They wouldnt respond to my emails,my letters,my calls.I was told i will get a monthly statement of what i have paid to them and how they made payments to my creditors but this never happened. They put me in a worst position. Its my fault too i should have checked about them online first before going ahead and being conned by them.

Do NOT use this company. They took over TWO MILLION POUNDS of customers' money when they were formerly Chase Saunders and were wound up with a bank balance of just over £700.
I was with them for about 6-7 months and in that time they must have missed over half the payments to my creditors, blaming a "new system" for their errors, which turned out to be a blatant lie.
I received a fantastic personal phone call from the Office of Fair Trading, telling me to stay away from inTouch Financial Solutions in case they tried to contact me, hiding behind their new name. If the Office of Fair Trading are contacting me (as well as what's sure to be plenty of other ex-Chase Saunders customers), telling me to avoid them at all costs then what does that tell you?!

Whatever you do, don't ever consider using InTouch for debt management advice. They are Chase Saunders who were wound up last August owing £2m. Chase Saunders were appalling and lied to me on several occasions. My 3 creditors constantly had to contact me saying they had not received payments. When I called CS they would make an excuse saying a BACS audit was underway or just lied and said they had paid. The other thing both fail to tell you is the length of time your credit rating will be affected for. Its 6 years before you can get credit again a fact that is not detailed despite me asking.
Dial InTouch and ask them if they were CS and they will deny it. This is a lie as they have the same telephone number, are in the same address and directors. They spin the same yarn on their website. There is a girl who worked at CS and is now at InTouch. She failed to let me know the company had changed to InTouch and let me pay two further monthly payments to CS before I found out because creditors were again not paid. She also wrote last August that my account had been audited and was completely fine despite eveidence to the contrary.

No Debt now are NOT members of the Debt managers standards association and there do not have to abide by the strict rules of the OFT (now called TSI).
