Ordered Call of Duty Black Ops II (XBOX 360) waited 1 week for delivery before querying with Hitari to be told it was out of stock and "discontinued by the publisher" Utter poppycock. When checking back on their website they are still selling the very same game but £6.00 more expensive. So their tag line should be "Pay MORE play Less". (read more)

ordered a wii and extra remote from this company 2 weeks before christmas. neither appeared even though they advised they had been dispatched. when i went to call them a week before christmas to chase this their lines kept saying that they had finished for xmas and all queries would be dealt with by email only!!!!! eventually had an email back 2 days later to adv the wii was out of stocks and couldnt get this to me. advised them to refund me back the money and i asked about the extra... I cannot coment on the service itslef exactly, as Hitari continuously void my payments and have not yet delivered my new PS3 which i have needed to play assassins creed 3 for the past couple of days after checkng everything was okay with my bank and again ordering a playstation i find that not only have they voided my order yet agian but they have also taken my money. don't use! I needed a new faceplate for my Wii guitar, and most places seemed very expensive for something so simple. Hitari were stocking a rather fetching St. George's cross one that I hadn't seen before. It was £2.99 with free delivery, so I wasn't expecting anything much. The delivery was very quick, it had obviously been dispatched shortly after I ordered. If it wasn't for the fact that I chased these people to find out where the package was I would not have received it in time for Xmas. I ordered 9/12/2011, phoned a week l;ater they said they would send. Didnt arrive. Phoned 20/12/2011 expressed surprise it hadn't arrived will send registered, got it 24/12/2011. From your comment I am not able to identify your particular order but it seems like that your order was lost during transit via Royal Mail, a replacement was arranged and shipped straight away via recorded delivery once notified by you and your replacement was then received in time for Christmas.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that your payments are getting voided.
Please be aware that we use sagepay to take card payments on our behalf and they give us a fraud score - if that score is above a certain number, it means that it is considered 'high risk' and high risk payments are then voided and the order is cancelled.
I do apologise if this seems to be the issue - it is rare that any payments made to ourself get voided, please be aware that this is a precautionary method to protect ourselves and customers against fraud. If you keep experiencing this problem please get in touch with your bank and they can recommend steps to help combat this problem. Or you can make a payment via paypal instead.
