Thermodynamic Water Box is the best thing I have done in my home to get hot water, its totally instant and now don't have to rely on the immersion heater or coal fire. It has definitely made life easier. The size of the box itself doesn't take up much space and was very easily installed. Installation was carried out in an efficient manner and the unit was up and running by the end of the day. As we were away on holiday directly after the follow up was delayed. We now have all the certificates and checks. We do notice that feed and return pipes are at equal temperatures and that the radiators are hot overall. As we are in summer the system is now off and we will wait till autumn before we see the full benefit. We did notice a big improvement in the hot water. (read more)

I recently had the new thermodynamic heating system installed to replace my old gas boiler. This new system was installed within 6 hours with the minimum of disruption. The panels are simple and unobtrusive. It was in stalled by very good engineers quickly and efficiently, on time, on the day stated for the agreed price. Its been working efficiently for a full year and is more or less reduced my electricity bill to a negligible level. I have had my panels for a little over a year, this was the first time Superseal had installed a ground based system instead of roof mounted. The installation team and electrician were unbeatable, nothing was too much trouble. My FIT cheque for the quarter to July 2012 was a little short of £700 and my electricity bill through the summer £7.69 per week. During December 2011 we received a visit from one of the representatives who explained to us the advantages of solar panels and we undertook an arrangement to have these installed before the prices for electricity to the grid dropped in January. We gave him a cheque for £500 as a deposit. Any payment terms offered by the company is through a finance house and the effectiveness of the system does not dictate their decision to lend. That decision is down to the individuals credit worthiness. In this instance the finance house decided to decline their application. They do not inform us why they decided to decline.
This customer was informed of their decision and advised us that they would try and fund elsewhere. Their deposit was not banked and their cheque was destroyed.

We were not advised of the decision until we rang the representative ourselves, and it is an unreasonable decision as we have excellent credit rating. We did not try to find funds elsewhere as we did not know there was any problem. The issue of the lack of courtesy remains: we were not kept informed and have heard nothing from this company since we first talked to their representative. Our complaint stands. We were informed of nothing, this reponse is factually inaccurate, par for the course.

I experienced a couple of initial "teething" problems, but when i reported them to the office staff, they were dealt with promptly and efficiently!
