I have an IF cash ISA and it suits my needs quite well. The interest rate-currently 2.5% is not the highest but IF do not play silly games with bonuses etc. It is instant access and very user friendly. I do my banking on their site and it works very well. When I have had to use the contact centre (based in Scotland)they are helpful and efficient. They sorted out a complete mess made by Nationwide with a minimum of fuss.
