I bought this to do some major pruning on two large mature Birch trees. Its performance was excellent and it cut through thick branches with ease. Light and handy to use when up a ladder. I paid £64.99 (plus I got a 10% promotional discount!) - great value for money and I am well pleased. (read more)

NEVER attempt to use a Chainsaw up a ladder!
Chainsaws are dangerous tools which can easily Kill if you are not adequately trained and/or aware of the dangers.
Small and lightweight Chainsaws can be the most dangerous.
Kickback from the end or tip of the blade catching a branch or similar, will be sudden and causes the blade to cut through the arteries in your neck and shoulder.
Most dangerous of all is trying to use a chainsaw up a ladder cutting trees. Do NOT do it!
