“NZ rent a car Auckland airport”

Booked a 2010 car for 10 days, we received a heap of rubbish. Picked it after hours so unable to protest. Were charged double for the same car i found through another renatl place for halfthe price! Dog hair all through the car, car smelt of wet carpet. GPS was old and outdated,constanlty lost and unable to rely on it! Baby capsule buckles were faulty! Never again with this company! (read more)

Actually I don't even give this outfit 1 star. I had a confirmed booking but when I arrived to pick up the car, the yard was locked. I telephoned and was told that the booking did not exist and there were no cars. The man I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I would warn anyone away from this company.
